Think of this as an update to that old shading tutorial that I made years ago… Patreon: https://patreon.com/ronillust_ Join …

He sounds like a tired teacher who goes straight to the point making the lesson comprehensible 😂♡
This is a great explanation of shading. Thank you!
I honestly was just shading however with my Art digitally back then since I didn't know how, but this video was useful! Helped make my Oc, look a lot better.
I like this WAY more than the "this art is bad because of this" or "this piece of art needs to be fixed" because you're explaining a concept that people can use to make their art look better and explaining how stylization can kinda smudge the rule a bit. Good movie.
I am happy to be bad at watercolors rather than computer-art, but gosh I learned much from this small tutorial. Appreciated!!
very good video
Its 11 and i need to complete this project thanks bro
0:00 EXCALIBLADER?!?!?!
2:14 that rock is an amongus
This is exactly my problem. This video is very useful!
You never cease to amaze me. Your art is just… chefs kiss
BRO THANK YOU SO MUCH U TOLD ME HOW TO FIND OUT WHERE THE LIGHT GOES I WAS SEARCHING FOR THAT FOR SOOOO LONG TYSM
whenever i try drawing, i struggle with light, it just feel hollow, but now i know, that light actually bounce, thank you sensai
I understand this, I'm just having like a hard time trying to apply it to my work, it looks like trash and if there any recommendations to help me out with what brush to use on like the lighting, it also cause I mostly use a airbrush most of the time.
Sorry didn't like your complaining about shading , I want a basic part 1 please.
YES PLS LOVE YOUR CONTENT. MORE TUTORIALS!!
wow I learned a lot in this short video. thank you so very much for breaking down the fundamentals of shading in a way that's easy to understand!!
Draw zoro as a girl
pure black and pure white don't exist in nature, even when you close your eyes. the closest we've come is vantablack.
I wish it was more evenly paced or even slower 😣
Best tutorial pens down!!
ty tis actually helped SO much
Crazy because I came here to learn how to naturally create shading for the models because it will be a anime styled Undertale roblox fighting game which I am making and I notice UT music 😭
Bro started the video
Explained what he needed to
Refused to elaborate any further than the video was meant to

Oh wow. I never really noticed those lights before, guess my brain just blends them down to keep the image simple in my head.
I have learned things!
excuse me, which program did you used to draw?
Yo, everytime I draw, I hate coloring it so I resort to staying the grey scale theme. This video helped me so much🎉 (applying it on a drawing rn)
THANKYOU you do not understand how much bounce light and shadow colours have confused me, I was for some reason under the impression that the shadow colour was just meant to be the opposite of the light colour for some reason
Bro sounds tired, also this was really helpful thanks.👍
Dang, this was far more helpful than I expected! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
Amazing tutorial as always, digestable and not lengthy and often has great humor. I learned alot about art souly from this channel and its always my go to when others ask for tips
This is such an interesting tutorial! Im here at like 1am, so I should probably not make this comment too long, but I’m about to be doing a LOT of drawing this month (Artfight yippee!) and this is going to be so helpful (if I don’t forget it in the morning I need sleep bye)
why am I watching this when all I have is a cheap graphic tablet but barely any free time at all 😔
one of the best toturials and imma go watch a few a few shows i guess boys, learned alot today.
No! I shall never stop drawing boobies!
Didn't think I'll come out 3x smarter

When the part about different hues came up I was immediately like “Yoooooo! That’s super helpful!” While I threw my arms into the air
