I highly recommend coming to this fight with a fully powered Master Sword no matter what kind of playthrough you're doing. 👍🗡
it's never a proper boss fight with nintendo. it's always some kind of useless puzzle
6 years ago oh no im getting old
This is amazing

I don't know how but I defeated that boss With like that health without dying
I WAS PLAYING THE HARDEST MUSIC AFTER I GOT THIS
6:27: as such, you were destined to take hold of this ancient masterpiece…
battlefield proceeds to turn into an auto shop
I hate rhoam’s voice, why does he sound like a chain smoker?
I feel like most fights in BOTW have some sort of concise and clean strategy that can be used. Some of the strategies are definitely more difficult than others, but generally there’s something that can be done. Lynels, Taluses, Hinoxes, Guardians, Guardian Scouts, the blight Ganons, Mr. Calamity himself, etc, there are techniques that can be exploited to make quick work of any enemy. But I have yet to see footage of this fight where there wasn’t some degree of flailing. Link desperately trying to stay on his feet while an endless barrage of attacks rain hellfire down on his head. There are some tricks, perfect dodges, the banana distraction, and Urbosa’s fury, but nothing carves it up like the other boss fights. It is long, brutal, and messy. Not to mention it comes after completing the exhausting and nerve-wracking one-hit obliterator trials, twelve of the most difficult shrines in the game and their associated quests, defeating all four Blight Ganons again with pre-selected weapons, armor and resources, and then the divine beast puzzle that opens the final door. It is a long and winding road just to this fight, which has to be the most challenging one in the game. It makes the major tests of strength feel like child’s play. Hell, it makes the actual final boss feel like child’s play. Which is why it’s so rewarding when you finally finish it, the epic music as the master cycle comes out of the pedestal, it all feels worth it.
I walked into this having forgotten to stock up on hearty food and I feel like I made it by the skin of my teeth. It was so long and challenging. There were stretches that I was just trying to avoid being pummeled. I’m not the most skilled player, I tend to get flustered. So I was thrilled that I managed to beat him without dying repeatedly. I didn’t even have to use Mipha’s Grace!
But I also forgot that I was wearing my shock-proof rubber armor. You know, that set with the ridiculous fish helmet. So when the fight ended, and I was rewarded with the well-worth-it ancient masterpiece that I’d been looking forward to… Link had that dumb fish on his head the entire time. When he looked at Hyrule Castle and finally recalled the last memory, he was wearing that stupid hat. It was great.
The developers did a fantastic job with this DLC. 10/10
Why! This Monk could defeat Ganon himself.
It was the easiest. Try dropping some banana during the fight 😅
+1000000 aura for the entrance
I did this in master mode for the first time and it was a nightmare lol
It looks so easy but I'm sure it's not
I heard this is how you get a motorcycle license in Japan
You could've just used a blizzard rod with a spin attack to get rid of his clones fast
All US Presidential elects should be required to pass this test.
Guys I finally completed it, I only had 7 hearts and bad weapons but I done it 🎉🎉🎉🎉
What happened to them in zelda tears of the kingdom
Link: Why do I hear boss music?
Moz Koshia: Oh good the music still works after all this time
“In the name of the Goddess Hylia…”
“… Boy, you better have found all 120 of those shrines.”
Dude the monk was able to move!
Other monks: "how in the hell is that possible"
Bro could have stomped ganon but decided some random hylian should do it.
Dlc pack: flowerblight ganon
I wish the platform stayed in the sky
This is hell defeating him in master mode
its crazy that this is just ONE ancient shiekah THOUSANDS OF YEARS after their prime
Imagine the entire army of these guys fighting against the calamity 10000 years ago
I would’ve been like,”Where’s my spirit orb…” 🥺🥺
God damn 2:58
Now I'm just wondering what happened to the divine beasts in TOTK, did they bury them, did they tear them down, who the hell knows.
1:00 – 1:50 music anime as fuck.
Actual fight was 3 mins 40 secs of NOT HOLDING BACK. I wish TOTK Ganondorf could manage that too.
Link vs zeniatta ?
Can we admit the music is fire 🔥
I knew this fight would happen, but I didn’t know it was THIS trial! I thought it was for the final Shrine! Poor Link was living off of raw chicken, mushrooms, and mighty bananas. I got the motorcycle though! I just needed to restock all of my materials 😅
This was such a fun experience for the first time. I was terrified when he stood up.
When he STOOD UP I knew Daruks Protection was gonna NEED to be ready
"hears a divine beast that's just for you, but just like the others after a year it ceases to exist for some reason"
oddly enough i had no trouble with this guy, if you just read his moves carefully and know when to properly counter hes a piece of cake
The end photography is just so wholesome, I loved it.
The only battle in which the camera actually comes in useful.
"In the name of the Goddess Hylia… square up, b*tch"
"Why do I hear boss music?"
