What a lovely story! That little being sure had a fighting spirit, god love her! Why was that young girl at the end of the video hitting the puppy with the back of her hand several times in fast succession? What was the purpose of that? Even the adult pushed the girl's hand away, twice.

how could one do so much for a pup and let go of her in a blink, idk whether it's toxicity or love
WTF? You celebrate a dogs birthday? And you spent so much time and money on some oxygen tank for a sick dog? Just put it to sleep and spent your time in more useful ways.
I know this is over a year old but i have to leave a comment to say she's a beautiful little puppy thank you for taking such good care of that precious little angel.

This is so incredibly heartwarming and shows real dedication. There is also clear evidence of the legitimacy of this nurturing effort, in contrast to a lot of the so-called "rescue" videos out there that seem suspicious for featuring "planted" animals in order to solicit money. The thoughtfulness of the team to incrementally wean Sally from her oxygen dependence and acclimate her to new environments was really inspiring and shows professional expertise in caregiving. Kudos!
Dang. Sally had someone throw her a birthday party. The last time someone did that for me it was my mom and I was 11 😂
