This & the Oracle games are honestly so damn good.
ESPECIALLY when you consider their age & that they were made for handhelds
Probably 1 of the best remastered games to date 👏👏flawless ❤
Where is Falcon?!
Just bought this game. Little late to the party. But man this game is such a blast.
I never played the classic version of this so it’s not gonna be the most fun game to me. Might play it out of morbid curiosity since I like all the other Zelda games
I have to go with A Link to the Past for my favourite Zelda game. And it has aged like a fine wine. It's absolutely perfect.
I would love nintendo so much if they remake earthbound with graphics like these
My first Zelda is BotW and dude have I spent time in this game… might get TofK but rn we a be struggling… 😂😢😅
So is this just a recreation of a Link to the Past?
I got mine for 32$ … just this week…im a zelda fan…i just finished the totk. And i must say… this is so cute and fun to play 💖
This is my favorite Zelda game. It's a classic, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Amazing game.
Glad I got this game, I was very doubtful and never saw a review, I wanted to go in clueless. It’s so good, very close to a link to the past in terms of game style and I was so happy to find that out. So much fun and looks stunning on the Oled.
Being lost and having so few clues as to what to do next is not challenging, it's just a waste of time.
It just looks fun
Just bought this at gamestop for 30 bucks waiting for it to be delivered to me. Can't wait 😁
Currently playing the GameBoy Color version on the new GameBoy emulator on the Switch. I’m really enjoying it even tho I’m not a big Zelda fan. The Color version will be my first Zelda game I ever played to beat. With the Remake, I do want to get it now and see how much it was improved.
If you have never played any Legend of Zelda games, would this be a good game to start with?
Fun fact: this video is 1/5th the length of the whole game
Have to say, a bit too cutesy for me from what I've seen. Especially considering [spoiler below]
It does give more of a playdough? sense, than Lego. For me personally at least, I would've preferred the style of a Link between Worlds far more. Even though that one had more vibrant colours than the original, as well as a more cutesy style, it still managed to achieve a better balance.
This one however, mostly feels… out of place? For example the scene at 4:11. I feel like the left half (-ish) of the screen kinda clashes with the right. Or maybe rather the background (which is more prominent in the left half) with the characters, and objects in the foreground.
But I think it's mostly the characters, as well as the monsters that seem too over the top for me. I'm not expecting a Twilight Princess or BotW mood. But at least let me take enemies (and certain characters!) somewhat serious. I just realised this ended up so long that people probably have to click the read more anyways, sorta defeating the purpose of the spoiler warning. But I guess it's not really that bad of a spoiler anyways, so I'm probably overthinking.
the story, specifically the ending.
My kids and I have loved played this lately! Well I say "and I"… they'll hardly let me get near it! Had to make a video about our experience: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET8XchEyP8Y
Legend of Zelda ocarina of time is my all time favorite Zelda game so far
Oracle of seasons and ages were my favorites
Zelda Link’s awakening DX was my 1st Zelda game as well. I had played it so much that I had memorized the ins and outs of the whole game. On top of that, I found that in the colour dungeon, there’s a glitch where in the room with rupees, if you leave 1 ruppee, you can refill the room by leaving the room and saving.
4:05 So kind of you to give the Yoshi doll to the baby 🙂
60$ for a short ancient game 😱. It's on sale for 42$ now and still not worth it.
i paid $40 3 years later im happy
Excellent revirew and you're right, this game is excellent.
For those expecting open world like Breath of the Wild obviously won't find that in this game but it has so much content and secrets that it makes it a very good Zelda game.
I o
This is my favorite Zelda game.. I love the graphics on this one
I wonder if they ever fixed the performance. Cus DF said it was bad at spots. At least back when it launch. Jumping from 60 to low 25fps at times. If anybody knows. Please let me know. Thanks
It has a SNES link to past feel. That was one my fav Snes Zelda. Next is twilight princess HD on wii u. I wish they port twlight HD to switch.
Sad got spoiled from someone that it's all a dream
it's all a dream
A Link to the Past was my first Zelda game on the GBA and i gotta say, this seems exactly like that gameplay style like I remember it just with modern graphics. I'll definitely be picking this one up. Also just recently got Breath of the Wild and so far, that is an amazing game. Thanks for the Memberberries dude.
A 3d version would be awesome.. They really should keep developing for the 3ds.
I want this for a Link to the past
I really wanna play this game but the price is the biggest turn off
I wish they added some new places or more side story instead of being a carbon copy of the original. But the graphics is so amazing!
I'm gonna get it
