Love it!! I think 2024 will be a lot of maximalism and designs will get crowded. I do love Neo Brutalism.
Thanks for sharing! Thank you so much!!
Is it possible not to use vocal fry? It is very irritating. https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=vocal+fry+example#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:a6effae8,vid:4L7-9N1xQZA,st:0
But how do you, as a web designer, combine a graphic design trend with the client's brand guideline? Colours and shapes come together, and I can't figure out how to find the intersection between them all.
Love this!!
Really cool 2024 terends
The 90’s rebellion was awesome. Nineties grunge
The thing I think you need to have in mind with reviews like this is that these trends bear little or no relation to the everyday output of most GDs, at least the ones I know. The room to introduce these ideas into our work is extremely limited. That said, it is still good to see what’s groovy and take inspiration where you can.
I wonder is it ok to Mix these styles?
The new was already there, now it's just a copy of the old. Over and over again.
Which font is that you have used in this thumbnail
Все хорошо, но этот скрипучий "модный" голос в конце каждой фразы…
Can't wait for this creative director to teach me all about these trenos
Hey. Nice collection. Love the style of your videos.
Excuse me‼️
Was this a recape on various design style or it was a glimps of upcoming design trend for year 2024-5❓
if yes then it is CONFUSING! what direction designers should CONCENTRATE ❓
LOVED the examples you used for each trend
why not right up to 2070 while you are at it 😂😂
By Far the most on point explanations of the coming 2024 trends. I've definitely noticed art deco colliding with 90's acid grunge and it is wild. Makes sense given art deco's popularity in the 80's, quickly ramping up towards the rebellious techno rave and grunge rock scenes of the late 80's early 90's Definitely potential for an unseen genre blending the two
I am a retired art director/designer. This stuff is the same stuff we’ve been doing for eons. The tools change the output stays the same. Nothing new here.
It was an amazing & interesting video. Thanks for sharing it.
Can you please share that bubble font that you used in the thumbnail title in TRENDS?
All and all, I feel like if you take this list in it's entirety what it shows is that anything goes. I mean… if these are trends, what's no longer a trend? This was a pretty exhaustive list.
Many Thanks! I Love your flowing, in dept and creative presentation! Cheers, Brad H
Is it a remake (copy?) of Matt Thorne video 18 Graphic Design Trends 2024 [Explained] ? It is a lot of similar examples, even the script sounds quite the same..
Great video, very interesting to watch!😊
Art Deco/ Art Nouveau samples def not in step with what is true of those styles. They are well established. The others are pretty loose on interpretation and bleed over into each other in an attempt to give something a name.
How can you call yourself a true creative when all you do is follow what the next creative is doing? This is bullshit!
We have one style right now — BOXES AND LETTERS all over diarrhea. Cuz we’re soooo bored of that clean BS. After all we love choosing extremes to fix another extreme (refer to American presidents)
What about the brands with strict brand guidelines on typography and brand colours? How can we use these trends to keep the brand identity?
I'm blown away by people's creativity just by the stuff seen in this video!
Yeah, Y2K is coming back in a way. Alot of superstar music artists are incorporating it into their Music Videos and Look.
When "journey back in time" does not mean the 80's but the 2000's, I certainly feel like a dinosaur 🙂
thx a lot
For once in a decade, I'm happy where design is going.
Halftone elements too ❤
Art Deco
No offense to you because you’re just calling it as you see it, but these are all the same trends from this year and the year before and the years before that. I think we’d all be just as right to say anything is popular or that we’ve entered into a creative standstill.
HI-larious ! As a degree holder in graphic design and an artist of over 20 years, you are QUITE illinformed on what some of these styles names mean. Your idea of art deco/nouveau had absolutely NOTHING to do with the actual style. Not even the typography. These shitty "trends" are nothing but people running out of ideas. Total rubbish and completely disposable, just like everything else, music, movies, etc, garbage.
Your Instagram name please?
Thanks enjoyed.
What I hate about these trend analyses/predictions is that they talk about my styles while hand waving the influences and not relating to why we love the styles in the first place. I mean could you imagine one of these channels ever explaining Liminal Spaces? Well they should be capable of doing that
Some of the design, somewhat evokes the Geocities vibe, I really like it.
