According to some leaks I forgot by who, it was said that UFOs & the occupants are not extraterrestrial at all but extra-dimensional from another dimension & that the aircraft they have possesses the capability of interdimensional travel. It also mentioned that it's unknown if whether they're good or evil but so far they appear to be neutral & they have no interest in making contact with humanity. They want just want to observe.
