After running a business, hitting the gym, and raising children… I don't know that I'm disappointed to hear that a game has difficulty options. Sometimes I want a game to be a challenge, sometimes I feel like a relaxing play time.

I purchased this game 1 week ago and it ran fien, then just stopped lauching. I reloaded gpu drivers and re-installed the game; no help. Do not buy this game. Last year it had the same issue.
I like the aesthetic but the combat and gameplay look pretty undercooked. Maybe I'll wait for a big sale.
Good review. I picked up the game being very curious how it played & getting Returnal vibes from it. It definitely doesn't play like Returnal but the mechanics are really solid with fun combat & an actual pretty compelling story. Despite the sometimes budget feel primarily due to some of the character models & lip syncing I have to say the game was a blast to play. Gonna be a sleeper hit gem. 👍

Looks good man, I really enjoyed the review. I'll definitely have to give it a go and check out hard mode. Looks like my kinda game and I'm glad Hellblade started a AA Renaissance in 2017 that jas led to so many really cool games. Evil West, plague Tale innocence, and High on life just to name a few have been standouts for me.
