The fact that they didn't do the space ship ending wad why Romulus only cost 80 million and why it's made y tons of money
Mr H Sir I Would Love For You To Go Back To Your Lore Videos As That’s What I Used To Listen To All The Time I Was Down
So Rook studies to extend human and as usual humans have the weapons devision and with that I should imagine humans will do what humans the world over have always done hmm 🤔 ✌️ 🏴
I have a very strong feeling the comic authors did not consult Fede about the actual details of his movie… there is a lot off here. For example Rook was clearly burned very badly by acid and lost his legs as they melted off (hence the giant hole in the floor). Also Rook CLEARLY says he synthesized the black goo in the vials after much trial and error. It wasn't just taken directly from the facehuggers. I do now how they could get so much wrong when they had access to Fede. Overall, terrible back story – a horribly missed opportunity. I guess we'll have to wait for the novelization for the full story.
How good would it be if they put Tom Cruise in an alien movie WITH Sigourney Weaver!!! Get a good director / script, I mean it would sell out!
Romulus was MEH
10:20 😂😂😂
Everyone who says this film is good are the same folks who said The Force Awakens was decent.
All caught up in groupthink and excitement at something that looks decent visually, but is just ripping off key scenes from that which came before without any of the depth.

So Rook isn't evil and the science bros are trying to help humanity. The weapons division must be staffed with accountants.
I decide what is canon. Not a washed up director like Ridley Scott. The company did not knowingly send the Nostromo crew to LV426 knowing what was there.
I mean they literally Palpatined Big Chap into the story
Yea nice
Still writing dumb characters making dumb decisions. You'd think Fede would have put more thought into furthering the story of hollywoods most fascinating movie monster 🤔🤦♂
Well for me I really don't care much for Marvel's Alien or Predator comics they will never be as good as Dark Horse but this one is okay that's I'm gonna say.
Comic and the film are full of cliche Tropes and lines, its so redundant to hear the same cliches mentioned as if its original.
Interesting they show what an actual bug hunt is supposed to be in the Alien universe.
The alien didn't escape that's the problem…. Thought that was a stupid idea
More like how is any Alien able to create "EMEGRENCY SPACE CACCOON" 😀 That is dumb as fk (retcon): "HeY quEEn frOm AliEnS liVeS!!!! 😀 :D" and also other "1000" aliens who were ever ejected to space and W-Y corp. had problem to find alien specimen.. yeah, right: just look in the space 😀
Yeah, the display of the colony and focus on it, made me think that the next movie or a second act would take place on the surface of the planet.
They’re even worse than Umbrella…
Personally I think this is what Romulus should have been from the start. The idea of a young group of people searching for a better life and coming across the alien was entertaining for a while, but the omission of Big Chap only to have been killed offscreen was really the biggest mistake Alverez could have made.
Found this comic online for free to read on a site. Can’t wait for issue 2 and on.
The divisions at odds with one another is something I've never thought about, I hope Noah's show delves into that.
The Zeno's teeth on the cover dont look right, what happened to its k9's?it looks like vegan in the front business at the back, why are its sharp teeth at the back?…weird.
I wanted more. The comic was so short and had the depth of a puddle.
Please do a read through like the old Hellraiser one.
Your voice & delivery is amazing for it
The Big chap is legendary second only to the alien Queen she also prolly survived
Interesting comic, I'd have preferred a movie to be honest or even, at the very least, an animated series! I'll probably buy a copy of this though!
I was disappointed in the movie because there was so much potential. I liked the premises but it should have been a security or merc team going to the station. It is stupid to think the company would spend all those resources on that station and just let it be lost. They've done WY commandos in games and that would have worked great in this story. That's the condensed version of my rant. Thought you might like it Mr H since you're such a big alien fan
Why is this movie getting so much praise…oh yeah, hollywood has made pure shit for the last 5 years so when a mediocre movie that blatantly rips off better ideas/lines or recycling shit ideas, is a masterpiece. Romulus was fucking ass.
Sad that this would have been a better movie than Romulus
I hope we getta directors cut of Romulus
I still prefer the Dark Horse comics.
Clowns run the show
