I always take the bell off of a collar before I put it on my cat. I don't like them either.
My cat also seems to like short belly rubs and comes to me for them. Purring loudly, she comes to me while I lie on my bed watching TV and flops over on her side with her back against me. I will rub her belly for a few minutes, or until she moves away when she's had enough.
My cats purring hasnt helped my lung damage due to my allergy to him! Nor does his porring help my migraines! But depression is a different story his purrs lift my mood! And it helps ease the pain from my broken foot which healed badly!
My cat puts when she’s scared
0:56 I had ZERO idea of this and I gave my Wifeline very deep bowls
Do find I sleep much better as one of my cats will come to bed with me and fall asleep to his puring. ❤
There are two purrs. One is continuous — it doesn't stop. The other is a purr on top of this that and rides on the exhalation. So the secondary purr only happens when the cat is exhaling. That purr stops when the air is exhaled and starts again when the cat starts exhaling again. The two types of purrs happens simultaneously. The first purr never stops, the secondary purr starts and stops, starts and stops. The secondary purr only happens when the cat is extremely happy.
@5:58 that poor cat, what the heck did they do to its fur? looks like they tried to make it a lion smhhhhhhh and ewe

It's called whisker fatigue. No bells for my kitties, warm cozy beds, never, never allowed outside.
