omg i need a clicker
Okay but why did you bring your cat into a grocery store. Those aren't pet friendly especially if you're in the united states. It makes it just that much more difficult for the disabled people with real service animals.
Please just tell me that you live in a country that grocery stores are pet friendly? And if not id highly recommend looking up the service animal laws in your area to familiar yourself so you dont get into any future trouble.
I just know where i live its a federal crime to impersonate a service animal even if youre not meaning to do so.
The call is the training I need for my adventurous boy before our leash walking cuz when we go out he's so excited to explore he ignores me
But my cat leak it
She knows
Her name but sometimes
She wants to sleep or be by
Herself
Hi, I'm the new mom of 2 beautiful bengal kitties (5 months old). They have been on a raw diet since they were born so I thought 100% protein dried chicken treats would be ideal but they just sniff and completely ignore them. I feed them 2 times a days, I tried to give them treats before serving raw food but they seem just to not be interested at all. Do you have any suggestions? I read all your articles but I don't have any idea why, since also your Mia is on a raw diet and she likes them a lot 🙁
Hi I have a question – I have to cats and training can be quite hard when there both around which is always , do you have any tips on how to train two cats at the same time
I am a cat lady
Thanks for the video. Could you clarify something? Is it right that I'm suppose to give treats or food every time I call my cat? But like I call her by her name a lot, and I can't give her that many treats. Is it okay to not reward her every time she hears and reacts to her name?
I love your videos!! Can my clicker be toy and treat? Or does it have to be only one? I’ve been trying clicker with toy and then treats also but I’m not sure if they’re as motivated by the treats although they do eat it. My two kittens are 4.5 months old!
I have a cat named Rose. She knows her name, and also responds when called. I love her!
My cat is 9 month olds and he never listens to my command like don’t go upstairs. But he only follow me.
Thumbnail looks like he's shouting "Ha! Gay!" and the cat is going "Bruh.".
Came for the video but the voice made me want to stay
Dude your advice is awesome. I've used it on my stray cats. But I don't use a clicker I whistle. I whistle for my cats like I do for my dogs when I want them to come eat. I used your method for them to understand their names. I say their names and use a distinct whistle for a few months then drop the whistle with their name and boom! Still use whistle for breakfast and dinner though. Or any time I want them home.lol
What if she comes to me when i dont call her after throwing the treat
How long does it usually take for them to get it? My kittens are a little over 3 months so wondering how long or may take them to learn their names this way.
My cat only comes when I open a can of food but it is more like food than treats?
dont by a clicker just pop your tounge on the roof of your mouth
I have two cats and when im trying to do step 2 sfter throwing the treat the second one chase it and eat it before the one im trying to teach his name could catch it😂😂😂. I dont know how to train two cats at the same time
What if u don’t have a clicker can u just make a click sound
Your still cool😊
Hello Albert &Mia! Thank you for your video and it's useful for anyone who would like to start training their cats. We followed the method you shared and I just uploaded a video of our training process.

Feel free to check it out!
It's very effective and we will continue our training ^^.
Thank you so much!
Mine only listens to the food bag but not when you call a name
What treats do you use in the video?
I'm impressed. IT WORKED!!!!!! I started like 5 minutes ago. I acted like it was the greatest news of my life seeing my cat obbeying my command. let's keep going.
Hi there, from what age i can start them training?
how many days does it take to be fully train a cat
The first two weeks I had my cat all I said to him was his name and a special whistle. If he’s outside I only need to whistle and he comes straight away.
People think it’s weird that my cat comes to a whistle.
There is a black stray cat out the window.. i wanna make it mine❤❤❤ i am trying my best to build trust..but.. why does he look angry..😂😅😢❤
How do you do this when you have multiple cats?
I got my first cat from the shelter, back in January. I’ve been calling her Athena ever since I got her and I think she kind of knows her name. She comes sometimes when I call her, but other times she doesn’t. I think I’ll try this so she can come more consistently!
Thank you for this very useful video but I want to ask you a question please Should we give them a reward every time we call them for life or only during the training period? Sorry for the question, but I am new to raising cats and this is my first cat and I am confused
what happens if she's irresponsive towards treats? When i wave treats in front of my ginger cat, it's as if she couldn't see it, she always follows my fingers instead! And she doesn't seem to like the treat. She's only 10 weeks old, is it too soon for training? also would it be a good idea to buy kitten treats specifically?? or just cook some chicken breasts?
How long will this take? My cat doesn't look enthusiastic about it and it's making me depressed. Sometimes it doesn't even eat the treat.
Brooo she sat at your command 😭 absolute respect
