just found your video after a long time searching for a way to convert a picture into something I could use with the laser engraver. This was fantastic, thanks so much for posting and sharing your methods!
Omg…Wow..Thank you so much! Doing God’s work here…❤❤❤❤❤
@MARCAM Hello there. I'm having the same issue as someone previously commented on the first part of the tutorial. When I have my mouse on the image and press control, a menu pops up to the left of the thumbnail. Each time I try, the same menu pops up and nothing around my image gets selected. I rewinded back to the set in your tutorial and it looks so simple and no menu pops up by your thumbnail. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks for your help. I am really wanting to move past this step and on to what I'm reading in the great comments of the final results.
Can you do a version showing it in photopea as I can't get the results in there 🙁
Great video 👍👍
Thanks, really help me a lot..
Is there a way to save a preset where all of these settings will be saved and you can just apply them to a photo?

Photopea doesn't seem to have a feature to merge layers. How do I merge them?
How do you remove the photoroom logo?
Miracle ❤ We want more from U & thank Q
.Hi @MARCAM Thank you very much! I have been trying to create covers and thought my personal pictures would be best to use. That's when I realized that the background could not be blended in with the image. Which (hours later, after months of inactivity) is how I learned about vector images, 🙂
If you already know how to do this then this tutorial is good, if not it's useless.
i came across this video and i am so happy i did. i am having trouble because when you tell me to hold ctrol and clikc on picture, it does not put a mask like yours does, and also under filts i do not have oil paint, please help ty. i am using PhotoShop
Inkscape is not for free on Android😢
Really nice, thank you!
Hello MARC A.M – Other than Inkscape & Photoroom, I saw from the screen, the program you used was Ps which should be Photoshop. It doesn't look like Photopea and I don't think it's Adobe Photoshop. Allow me to ask you what kind of Photoshop software that we can download to PC, work & save to our local files without getting involved with cloud or internet or public websites, especially it can convert photos into vector (colors like animation artwork). What shown in this video clip looks like it can do vector from photos and came out like animation background. Is it possible you give me a link to download the same program you used in this video? Thank you very much.
Thanks! Very informative, i was trying to copy it old school with a new layer and brush tool and kept quiting!!
This video is extremely helpful , especially with everything being free. People who make tutorials like this are awesome 🙂 hopefully I can make vids to help people soon too
If you want to use this in photoshop is it the same do you just save it then reload it back into photoshop???
really helped thanks!
