What a historic video. I do believe Greg Bishop may have the complete version of this, I remember him referencing it many times.
Definitely one of the most important footages ever recorded. Basically a "confession" made by William L. Moore at the 1989 MUFON Symposium in Las Vegas. In 1980, William L. Moore visited Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico to get together with a Richard C.. Doty, AFOSI agent, probably working on another project. It was also in 1980 that Moore published a partially disinformative book called THE ROSWELL INCIDENT. A coincidence?

Hi I would first like to say thank you for this! This is something that will be very interesting to later watch. I would also like to put it out there because the man in this video is my grandfather. You don't have to believe me, but I am Will's granddaughter. I don't see much of his work and he isn't talked or recognized in a lot of media I see since a lot of his public interviews were in the 70's and 80's, so to find this of my grandfather speaking about his work in a video is something that I thought I would never see. I really appreciate this, that is all
