I have two chihuahua's who used to bark at everything from the tree branches swaying in the wind to a lizard on the window. I bought e-collars meant for large breeds to help mitigate their bad behavior. They looked ridiculous on my dogs almost looked like it weighs them down, but boy let me tell you. I attached these collars around their little necks cranked up the shocker to 99 and pressed the glorious bolt button down on my controller for around 5 seconds after the first time they started their annoying barking ritual and wow!!! To my shock (pun intended) they immediately stopped barking and jumped up in the air about three feet they ran whimpering back to their beds. No more barking, no more crying, no more anything. They are such good babies now they lay in their beds all day I haven't had to say no not once in the past week. I do occasionally press they bolt button randomly just to let they know who's boss, I think they are beginning to like it because now when I press it they start play fighting with each other viciously it's adorable. I love my shock collars and will now buy one for my cat and parrot. I think it's the best tool you can have as a pet owner to show dominance. Don't be afraid of shock collars they don't hurt your pets they just shock them kind of like when you hide behind a door and pop out on your wife…
Bullshit, hope you're not making money from this crap
I struggle with this with my dog every day and it’s the worst and I’m willing to do anything to fix it. But I can never catch him to even do the go get method, he just keeps running
It's so annoying 30 mins of it yesterday
i have a rescue and she does the same but she is scared
It’s so funny and I hate it so much when my dog does this 😂 he’s a big slow bullmastiff so I catch him pretty quickly, he is such a turd haha
“let’s go Laura” Laura did really well 🙌🏾
Useless in my case with an English Setter who just wants to hunt, is not food motivated and once survived for three days in the Canadian wilderness by eating frogs and moose poo. The density of the trees and 18 inches of snow made it impossible to see more than 50 yards. We left posters and some food, then abandoned the dog, as a job 500 miles away beckoned. Just an hour from home, a phone call informed us that the dog had been caught by a tourist who saw the poster. The dog is four and is getting less trainable. A sweet dog whenever it’s under tight control, but hunting occupies its one brain cell.
I thought maybe I can learn to rope😂😂❤
A dog in a new environment will want to explore, then calm down
I fall down and cry out in pain.
My Anatolian will be all over me to play – then I got him.
I fell off a scaffold once and that's what he did.
I reminded him that his JOB is to drag my aśś to the Emergency Room.
I know it's not desirable behavior but oh my! It's just too cute 😂. I'd be showing seriousness on the outside, but inside, I'd be laughing. It's so hard to resist that sheer joy 🥰
I tricked my bully with cookies and chicken but now she aint G'n for that ish no more lmao
My dog pull this s on me from time to time. Especially when he did something bad. I nullify the “fun” he had though.
My littlest dog does this, when i call him a "bad boy", be comes running to me! 😅
I have never put a hand on my dog's. When they run in the wrong, and I call they come back but they cower. What did I do wrong?
3:06 he is not a great boy 😂
This is a different game when they run away on the loose. They have other things on their mind
The dog doesn’t think you’re a joke. Geeze… watch out, this man is too serious and aggressive.
Never had a dog i own do this. I run my house
Try a leash.
My red poodle does this and omg THANK YOU for this video she does it in our (granted safe and not so busy but still a risk) neighbourhood! 😮🤩
My mini Dachshund is a year old and he comes every solar eclipse lol
2:30 I was confused too, when he lap you 😂😂
LOL! I’m sooo over dealing with dogs 😂
Why would you go to him? Make the dog go to you. Start in a small area, then bigger. When he learns that you mean what you say, it is not an issue any longer. Trained 4 dogs that same way.
This (to me) is the most annoying thing a dog does.
😂
Doggie is adorable.. Too hilarious 😂 😃
I only get this behaviour in the park when my dog has another dogs ball 🎾 in his mouth – especially a small green squeaky ball. The sit command only works some of the time
Good work!
I wouldn’t go to someone yelling at me and clapping their hands like that, either 🙄 This guy is so abrasive
I can hear the trainers ANGERRRRRRR – he's very clearly annoyed.
he smells the man chowder from your breath,, hes afraid you will violate him,,
Shock collar. Problem fixed in 2 days. No more shock collar.
Is there a video on keeping your dogs in the yard? I have six dogs, half of which stay in the yard even if I leave a gate open. The other 3 feed off each other and take off when my kids leave. They jump the fence. I can’t refence my acre at this time. They have been better about bolting out the gate but again, they are jumping the fence (the smaller one is squeezing through hog panel).
Please help!
Oh wow! You are doing just what my German Shepard trainer from thirty years ago taught for training smarty dogs. Thank you for the refresher course. I really needed that for my new pup.
My dog won't come. I will try this
I'm not sure this would work for my dog. Running is his passion (lurcher) and I think following him around – however stern my body language – would just make the game extra fun for him. He can't be on a long line either (another comment I read) as he runs so fast that he literally flips over when he gets to the end of the line. And does it over and over which causes a few stern looks from others. Treats and toys are not as valuable to him as running – I've not found anything that is so far.
This helped me a lot !!!!
He is one very happy boy, kudos to the owner as this is how happy dogs should be.
Easy when you have a compound to enclose them in. LOL … I bet you was ready to kill him off camera. What you just did was chase him till HE was ready to quit. Nothing to see here.
I take my dog to the forest everyday and he walks like dreams , every now a again he plays this game. Its so difficult to get him back. Hope this helps.
Wait till its about to rain. Call him and if he doesnt come leave him out in the rain. He will come next time.
