I wonder if you tried apoquel. Someones dog died and for some reason they gave me this…and I doubled the dose and ended up getting more and a year later my dog looks alot better. Her face never got infected but her front legs still are. She was from Mexico and had no allergies…but she is very allergic to America…and Im not bringing her back across the border except to her vet.
I had no ideal dogs could get lupus!
