Lady D drags it down immensely, a mediocre character and design, immensely overrated in terms of importance to the overall game.
Ethan is a terrible protagonist. He has the personality of paint drying and was not a good story.

Kinda sad this trailer didn't poke fun at the fact that all the villagers and lords have AMERICAN accents. For the first third of the game I was so confused like "where the HELL am I?!?!"
I'm glad they made Chris look like Chris again. And the TRUE genius was how they ALSO simultaniously made him look like RE7 Chris for consistency. I'm quite impressed.

This game rocks
They made one area scary but it was so effective it's like they condensed the scariness that would have gone into the rest of the game into that one short segment. Seriously, I had to put the controller down and come back to it the next day, that was the only time I took a break.
I am still annoyed that they keep mutilating Ethan's hands, they've got Tarantino levels of extremity fetishism. I suppose it doesn't matter at this point but still.
i like the resident evil series but if i am being honest i liked the roots the most resident evil should be about umbrella and other companies with t-virus and after but 7 and village are great there is no denying that i miss the zombies lickers and mr x lookalikes
