6yrs later and starting to play this game. Thanks for keeping it beginner friendly, half of the videos you search are giving tons of spoilers, including the gear they are wearing, and these are videos claiming beginner friendly. Big help!
Clime a tree for apples 💀
Another tip for late game:
You can use dragon horns to make a status effect 30 minutes
I love this channel, you have an amazing team!
You CAN convine criters and food to create more potent Elixirs that allso restore health, as long as they have the same properties and you trow in at least 1 monster part.
rare drops of any monsters like bokoblin guts, kess eye, or lizalfos tail woud do for a longer lasting effect than regular monster parts.
Example: hearthy lizard + hearthy radish + monster part = hearthy elixir
One of my favorite hearty foods to use is 5 hearty durians or for of them a d a big hearty radish. It'll give you 20 or 21 extra hearts. Perfect for fighting the Blights.
late game hearty elixir is king
Or you could check out the cookbook pinned to the top of my page 📄
Thank you for posting this it was a huge help to get me going!
tip for a full recovery dish is 5 Hearty Durian which is a full recovery and 20 bonus hearts
Big Hearty Radishes are the best ingredient for refilling normal hearts, and adds extra yellow hearts that go away as you take damage. Also use Endura carrots for overfilling your stamina wheel. The forest NE of outskirt stable is a great place to forage all manner of ingredients for your cooking. I go there every so often. Wetland Stable, the forest behind has a lot of Big hearty Radishes and regular hearty radishes. Some Armoranth there, too.
i have to say
HEARTY FRIED WILD GREENS IS THE BEST DISH IN THE ENTIRE WORLD AND NOBODY WILL CHANGE MY MIND
Alternative title
Link getting training from game spot to get a job in a restaurant
So should I just throw a fairy into everything I cook then? I didn't totally understand that tip if you/someone wouldn't mind elaborating. Thanks!
If you are really desperate for some hearts and have some wood/ore you can make rock hard food which restores a fourth of a heart per dish. One piece of wood/ore restores the same amount of health as five so don’t waste by trying to improve. I’ve only really used it during the master sword trials, but there you go.
TYSM this helped me so much
In my opinion the best thing to cook is a single thing at a time that is either hearty or enduring
Of course a women is the one making this video
I like dishes that use milk butter or wheat just because it makes it feel more like a real meal other then some cooked fruit.
My fav recipe is gourmet meat and two big meat
What do you use rock salt for
I like the fairy Potion 4 fairies Full recovery Plus a bonus
SOOO FUCKING RELEVANT! TY
5 hearty durians = full recovery + 20 temporary hearts
I feel like Goron Ramsey when I cook in botw
My recipe: an egg, meat or fish, veggie with no effect, hyrule herb, then something with a status effect. (most of this is just to make it look like a good dish)
I just roast meat cuz it stacks :/ otherwise I cook one increased heart/stam item cuz full recovery :///// i use clothes for resistance and buffs :////////// Would rather just break a weapon than use attack buff because I want to free space because the master sword prevents me from breaking any of my other weapons ://////////////////////////
BEST ingredient in botw……
Is a damn dragon horn.
when this game will release the android version
Tip for beginners, learn from my mistake and dont chuck 5 ingredients im when you only have 4-6 hearts its a waste use 2-3
My favorite dish is paella
This is WAY too basic, BTW if you combine food, critters and monster parts that don't cancel out you get an elixir
3 mighty porgys and one shard of farosh's horm
Pro tip that the vid didn't mention:Cooking on a blood moon makes your cooking WAY more effective. A single apple can give you a 4 heart dish.
Copios simmered fruit
I too toss the entire f*cking gallon of milk, jug and all, into the pan when I'm cooking.
I need a cooling elixr. Help!!
