I saw the game on YouTube a few weeks after launch. I wasn’t impressed. It looked….dated. I’m thinking “this is a next gen game? It looks bad”. Then I saw the fps issues and everything and then I noped out.

The Fact That The Arkham series Was Made years ago yet so much people played it and Gotham Knights is next Gen gameplay but it almost looks like it’s a Mobile game that’s trying to best but making it too crappy I don’t know if this is a joke or not my first bought this house so excited but literally now I just gave it to my friend that wanted it there’s probably not gonna be a Gotham Knight’s 2
Hindsight is a beautiful thing
Look I hate game critics as much as the next guy but I have to put hatred for them aside and agree with them that this game is just not very good. The graphics look outdated and the fact that it can’t go to 60 fps is already not good. The gameplay is very generic and very repetitive. Also I hate grinding to unlock moves for the characters. Finally the game somehow plays and looks worse than Arkham Knight, a game that came out seven years ago.
I literally watched every review on this game, played the game and I love it but I've always been a bit biased towards Batman games, this can't be compared to the Arkham series, I think it's more like a spider man/batman hybrid, I think it's great, if you actually play it and get into it, it's unique and their already updating it.
Idc about critics in any way shape or form nor do I care about scores but I will say that this game is trash. Ever cared for Any and all MMOs..
I think reviewers rushed through this one because of how many releases come out in a short span of time. None of the reviewers talked about the story writing and side content. I liked X-men apocalypse too, even though it’s cheesy lol.

I get what you're coming from there are some things people hate and I love and the people love I hate one of my favorite movie franchise is saw one of my favorite games is The last of Us part 2 and one of my favorite anime is attack on Titan end of the day it doesn't matter if the people like it or not whatever makes you happy
My original plan was to get the game and I’m still gonna do that because it looks really fun but the only problem is that I don’t understand how a seven-year-old game looks as good and sometimes better than a brand new game
It's poorly optimized, looks worse than Arkham knight, has unnecessary level grinding, repetitive gameplay and locks important abilities behind a huge grind.
This game isn't an underrated gem it's just mediocre.

The performance iasue is the real bummer with this game
Here is the issue, you can like bad things, it's your choice. But if a reviewer says, it's a slow buggy mess, with no jump button, ocked at 30fps. Not worth the 80dollar price tag. It's a ps3 game. That's the issue, ripping off customers.

I’m a good 10 hours in and I really like the game. I actually enjoy just running around the city stopping crime. i’ve hardly even done any missions yet. I believe peoples expectations are too high these days but some games are not for everybody. Play the game for yourself.
I'll never listen to any reviews or critics and decide based on their opinions ever! I felt cheated out of "Days gone"; by listening to bad reviews for a year and a half! I decided to play it after it went on sale, and I absolutely loved it! To all gamers; if you are interested in a game, always try it for yourself first!

If someone plays the game and sees it as bad then they just don't like it. I have ZERO issue with that. But don't just believe what some reviewer says. Play it for yourself before deciding of its bad or not. I just saw a review from someone who's played a SINGLE hour of the game and saying its repetitive and the city is empty. Thus guy got 1 hour into the game and thought he had enough info to make a review.
honestly, I was super excited for Gotham knights. But it's just completely inaccessible for what I have, which just makes me want to get the game less. It looks nice though
I've honestly been disappointed ever since the court of owls reveal because I always wanted a Batman game where they were relevant but with Batman being dead in this game it's kind of like I'm getting half of what I wanted and to me if that's the case I'll just wait till it's half off around the holidays to give it a shot but I'm not paying full price for it.
Anyone who supports this game is blind to their own ignorance and will keep supporting these triple A titles that are just cash grabs until the end of time

I dont like how they kill batman in a semi reasonable way. Then they have him revived then he kills himself because he blows up the lazaruss pit. COME ON. He's batman i dont have context on how smart this batman is but he should have some condingency plans for this. He has plans to kill the entire justice league but doesnt have a plan for an easily escapable death. If his death made more sense the second time around maybe it would've been better.
Hell they could have just said " oh he did the same thing with auto pilot without any tech and lived" because he's BATMAN.
