I honestly just feel like we didn’t start the game with multiplayer on.
Comment section! Not alone! There’s also this old guy that talks about space facts that gets me to sleep instantly. He does a bit about consciousness where he leads you to believe he’s about to dissect a worm but thankfully doesn’t.
Bashar is real and so is the nano. Bro, i didnt even really try any if their teachings and i still got through…
Id think advanced aliens are not anywhere near as interested in meeting us as we are in meeting them. Imagine evolving to a state where you could travel the galaxy, and on your travels, you sometimes find planets with bacterial and animal life, before you finally stumble over a group of many advanced alien races that have been existing together for a billion years.
My guess is that any specie who achieves this, will either feel pretty satisfied once this is achieved, OR they find out its too much of a culture crash, and decide to stick to their own specie.
Even the human race have all kinds of cultures and belief systems, as well as people who do or dont have pineapple on pizza, or who do or dont do all kinds of other things. If i had a spaceship, with machines growing all my food, and the best AI on the planet, id be on my way to the Bootes Void 😂
I was asleep for 12 mins, woke up smoked weed then found this video after 12 second.
We really are living in the weird right now
Most likely we are alone folks! The Universe may be teaming with life but life that has reached the level of having technology is perhaps exceptionally rare or we may be it… Otherwise we would have seen their energy output, i.e. Dyson spheres, etc.
Dr Kipping of YT Cool Worlds channel does a great deep dive on this. Ppl get hung up on the exponentially large number of planets. But as large as that number is, just as easily the probability of abiogenesis(life originating from non-living matter), multitcellular life or life that reaches the technological phase could be equally Infinitesimally small. Rem so far we only have one example to go by, Earth!

“…and the universe being 13.82 billion years old.” lol @ the ".82" lol, that's like the 4200+ different religions waging wars for centuries over who is right, when none of them can prove a single thing. Just a tiny bit of common sense dictates that if even one of those 4200 religions were proven true, the other 4199 would cease to exist overnight. Anyway, at least science has some base knowledge mixed in with the guess work when trying to estimate the age of the universe. Maybe a better way to say it is the 'VISIBLE universe', since we have no clue what is beyond what we can see. We can argue about ages for a lifetime, but no one can prove anything, hence the similarity to the multitude of unprovable religions.
I like the idea that we are the aliens that arrived here however long ago.
We don’t even know what’s happened on our own planet. We get caught up on religion instead of facts. This is why we will never level up on the Kardashev scale. We need to know our lands and oceans. Unfortunately, power hungry politicians will not let his happen
