How about this …your neighbor likes to mess with you and you have 2 German Shepards and she ……thinks it’s funny to make them fight against each other ……..and with these sounds ……and then you have children (5) !!!!!!…….who are outside playing and she loves to start a fight by playing this loud with other noises to irritate at a high frequency just to have fun. This is Not a safety precaution but it’s just for pure enjoyment from her cameras pointing directly into my backyard. Want a dog that barks aggravated and aggressive allow them to do what they do and alert you and protect. 2 am seriously… so funny your puppy looked crazy at the speaker….buying a new speaker just to be able to play it and make someone angry?!?!
