ANY chinese company that has more than 15 employees are required to have a chinese communist party member involved in the company. the game is being used as a soft power culture attack. it is there to change your mind about the communist party in china. if you support the game know that you are supporting the chinese communist party.

I think any kind of limiting of reviewer opinion is disgusting and feels like the reviewer has to sell out for a review copy. Like if a Russian studio makes a game and tells me that I can't mention the invasion of Ukraine in my review I would not want their review copy. If somebody doesn't like politics opinion they can make choice for themselves and go to another reviewer.
China has a lot of bad stuff that the government is doing (like what they are doing to Uyghurs, I won't even say because the comment will get shadowbanned but look it up, and jailing political opposition, poets, etc.). The government has a huge share in these companies and actually the companies themselves are often predatory with gacha adicction. Why shouldn't I be able to mention that in the review?
