I've noticed that male cats can be more affectionate and relaxed. Is that true??

I had 13 cat at once 8 females and 5 male and all my male live between 13 and 19 years my female live max 11 years

Noticed during the winter my males jowels would actually go down but once it hit spring they would go back to being big.

I have been lucky to have 2 fully orange female tabby cats, and 1 fully orange male tabby. The girls are the sweetest, while the male one is a total menace.

I found a female kitty that was hurt badly & needed surgery. I named her Daisy..
She stayed with me for over 2 months & saw 3 different vets at the same clinic….

I took her to a different clinic because I wasn’t happy about the other one. It turned out that Daisy was a male!! He was already neutered so I didn’t see any balls. I told the vet “she has a vagina”. He showed me that it’s fake, just the color of her fur made it look like a vagina.
I’m love Remy, but I’m morning the loss of “Daisy” but no one understands why I’m so sad.
It’s the same kitty but I’ve been crying & missing my “Daisy”. My husband said I’m not normal for being sad but I AM 😢

Are male cats more chill than female cats? And are they more prone to spraying?

My mom only ever adopts female cats because she’s convinced that they can’t spray. That it’s only a male habit. I’ve been trying to convince her to adopt a male cat because I’M convinced they’re more chill than female cats. Is there any truth to that? I’m sure it helps if they’re neutered as early as possible.

Also, thank you for making a product that has no smell. A lot of the times, when I’m trying to mask a smell, I can’t stand when things are scented. I just don’t want super flowery/perfumey smells. 🤮

as I'll have a new male kitten soon I do have a question about the neutering advice in the video. So with my former cats (all tomcats) they were neutered around 5-6 months and none of them ever sprayed anywhere in their very long lives.
The video here says you can neuter male cats at 8 weeks. I don't want to debate if this is to early physiologically as I know opinions differ greatly concering this topic. What I would like to know is how can it be safe to put such a small kitten under general anaesthesia? I have heard many vets saying that the worst thing that could happen is if a very small kitten under 15 weeks has to go under as it is always veeeery high risk to put them under anaesthesia and they avoid it under all circcumstances to operate on such small cats if it isn't an absolute emergengy. So how would neutering an 8 week old kitten be any different as you certainly can't do it without anaestheisa?

My vet insisted on waiting until my kitten was 6 months old before neutering him, despite my repeated requests to have it done sooner. I was getting frustrated because I wanted it taken care of early to prevent any chance of him spraying in the house. Fortunately, I found a place that would neuter him at a younger age. He’s 5 months old now and scheduled for next week. I’m curious—why would my vet refuse, while the SPCA had no issue providing the service earlier?

BUT my vaccine Petco vet said don't neuter the kitten until he's 6 mos old. He's 3 mos now. Should I wait or no? I'd rather not wait….

So I got a female kitten, and she started to show signs of lone kitten syndrome, so naturally I find another female kitten to be her friend. We find one who came from a nasty home where it could poop/pee wherever, and I'm trying to curb that. I then bathe it (it has urine stains on its white paws from the old home) and I see two fluffy BALLS (why I kept saying it). Sooo idk what to do
