It taken a long time to build my self esteem to the point where i have no fear about going no contact with narcissists and their monkeys.
Unfortunately i married the first Malignant narcissist I had ever met in 1990.my life has been a living nightmare ever since.
It is only in the last month I’ve finally recovered enough of my self to have even the hope that I’m am finally getting to live my best life.
This thanks to all the people who have helped me get to this stage of my life .. I’m 63 … never give up !
I kicked them to the curb so hard and so fast that they didn't know what hit them! One of them is smearing me with false inuendos but I could care less, they will eventually look like the fool. Warrior mode is the way to go! Peace.

2024…PREACH. Just had the most devastating thing happen and cut my mother and younger sister. But this video helped me so much! They hate me anyway no matter how kind I am. So abandoning ship was the way to go. No more abusive crap. I’m happy I made this decision. I have no social media anyway so I REALLY DONT CARE.

I had to.go no contact with a sibling. I was barely in touch with her but when i waz she would rage with jealousy insulting me and my hobbies. She even ridiculed me going to the gym but then joined one lol. She is an alcoholic and rages even though i moved to the uk. I changed my number abd blocked her last year. I really think she is insane. Her husband ended thier marriage if 18 years this years. I can only imagine how much he was screamed at. I am happy hes free and found a new love.
I took ALL their toys away. Playtime over.

I’m thinking my narc friend will go to our pastor and tattle on me for going no contact. I’m in my 50’s and I just want to manage my own relationships and decide for myself who I choose to spend time with. I will say this to my pastor if he confronts me about the situation. I don’t want him to think badly of me because I respect him. Trying to explain will just open the door for the narc to plead her case and it play right into her plan. I want to be a sincere communicator but you just can’t with these people.
I’m ok with being the bad guy. I learned from my ex-friend real good 🙂 these types are like kids even when they are 60 lol. If your going through it, just don’t let it bug you. It bugs them more when you don’t think about them 🙂
I recently went no contact with my older brother. He just lost his wife and is now desperately trying to contact me because HE needs comforting!!! He leaves belligerent and shaming voicemails and accuse me of being unforgiving. I finally was able to catch his voicemail and told him that I’ve forgiven him but it doesn’t grant him a relationship with me. Now he’s demanding I tell him why I offended…BTW, I have blocked him several times and he must get “burner” phones or use someone else’s phone!?!?

When I went no-contact with ex-wife and her family, the ex-MIL posted several quotes and videos on social media about “betrayal” and “when those closest to you betray you” etc. That was rough to see. Especially when I was fresh and inexperienced with narcs.

think he will be happy as hell because he blocked me on fb. Yet, I am mad because he again manipulated me and wouldn't allow me a normal conversation but made me feel like I was the problem. I really care for my family despite all the odds, this is a tough decision but the right decision. As I take this decision i feel really sad and depressed, its not about wanting to be liked, its just that I really care for them my father and some of my brothers, but I haven't been at peace for a long time despite having to take all the responsibilities. I'm genuinely depressed.

Blocked them all on social media which I’m off of now. Deleted & blocked them on my phone. Changed my phone number. Didn’t respond to messages before changing my number. And I moved to a new city. Would like to move to a new state as soon as I’m able. Their loss. They had 54 years to be nice & they chose not to. Thankful to God for the strength to get away & stay away. And thankful to people like you for the support ✌️💜✨
