Unplayable. Shuts my ps5 off soon after starting. Deleted my saves plus turned off my wifi still tries to brick my ps5. I liked the game too…

Sorry all but this game isnt that great in my opinion… Story is good yes, but I really dont like having to play a board game to fight… give me Elden Ring or Zelda Totk. Those games are WAY better in my opinion.
I knew this game was amazing from the ACT 1 pre release, so I bought it on steam, unfortunately my computer is so dated I can't get more than 10 fps if im even lucky enough to start the game without my pc cratering. Will I refund it? HELL NO. I will sit on this gem until my financial state improves (The act 1 pre release was way smaller, and had alot less features so it ran poorly but didn't cause the same issue the full game did for me.)
Long story short, I did the only sensible thing a man in my situation can do, I bought a PS5 and Baldur's Gate 3 for it. 700$ and its worth every penny.
I bought it on PC when it came out, but I’m tempted to double dip since it has cross platform saves, and it is often more convenient for me to play on the couch rather than my bedroom where my PC is.

Title says this is a PS5 review but they hardly say anything about how good the port is to the PS5. That's the whole point of doing a PS5 review, so this video is not very useful.

This brings back so many memories. Me and my mate used to play Baldurs gate: dark alliance back on the ps2 days. Great game
5 star bread and circuses. This is even more of a purposeful distraction than Hollyweird and sportsball combined. The time has come once again for strong men. If you are an adult you should absolutely put childish things behind you. That's good advice that will serve you well.
This is legit my favorite game but it is a much much better experience on PC/Mac. I have primarily played on my Macbook but just got a PS5 & the controls are overwhelming in comparison to say the least. Hopefully this doesn’t make people who have only played on console dislike it.

Comparing this to Elden Ring is problematic.Your not dodging boss attacks with unforgiving accuracy or certain death.And Elden Ring is not a beautiful full world that is fleshed out in mind boggling scale like bg3.They are both singular in their craft as celebrated masterpieces
