Poco X7 launch date officially confirmed

The Poco X lineup is loved by many, and fans will be happy to hear the next iteration is arriving next week. The brand confirmed a January 9 launch date for the Poco X7 series at 5:30 PM IST, and we hope to see both a Poco X7 and Poco X7 Pro.

The Poco X7 is said to arrive with a Dimensity 7300 chipset, and according to leaked renders, it could be a rebranded Redmi Note 14 Pro. The Poco X7 Pro is also going to be a Redmi phone – the Turbo 4 that will appear in China on January 2.

It’s unsurprising Poco is relaunching Redmi phones under its X series — after all, Xiaomi owns both brands, despite both organizations’ attempts to convince us otherwise.

Poco X7 and Poco X7 Pro leaked renders

Xiaomi has already launched Redmi phones as Poco devices in the past. The predecessor Poco X6 was identical to the Redmi Note 13 Pro, while the Poco X6 Pro was initially introduced as Redmi K70E.

Also, the Poco X5 duo came from refreshed Redmi Note 12 devices, and this is absolutely understandable – Xiaomi is simply adapting to demand in different markets.
