To everyone having this solution not working, let me tell you what to do step by step to fix it ( this is how I fixed mine):
1. First press (Windows + R), or type run in the search box
2. Type in the run bar: ncpa.cpl
3. Right Click your internet connection ( ethernet or wifi)
4. Go to Properties
5. Press Configure
6. Go to Advanced
7. Search and press on " Speed & Duplex"
8. Set the value to the higher option available (for me, it was 1.0 Gbps Full Duplex)
9. Press Ok
10. Open Epic games. You will notice that your download speed got much higher and now matches your real internet speed.
