At the robot invasion part i was like ROBOT IN UNDERWATER!!
Haven't seen the whole thing yet, but I did want to mention something that went overlooked in the Evolution Theory section.
I'm not so sure Pearl was a war victim.
Season 4, Episode 71a: "Whale of a Birthday"
Mr Krabs is planning for Pearl's 16th birthday party at the Krusty Krab – but, because he's a cheapskate, his decor is sourced from free, cheap, or recycled items.
One of those recycled items is a big banner that reads, "It's a Boy!" with "Boy" crossed out and "Girl" written over it.
Mr Krabs says he saved the banner from back when Pearl came home from the hospital.
Pearl was born in, and taken home from, a hospital.
Whether or not she's Krabs' biological daughter, or even adopted from a whale mother unable or unwilling to raise her, Pearl was born in the hospital.
MAYBE both theories could be possible, if her mother was a civilian casualty and died either at or before she reached the hospital. She had to be visibly pregnant though, so the doctors would've found out about and were able to save her baby.
As for how or why Mr Krabs is her father, maybe he felt guilty / responsible for the mother's death, either accidentally causing or unable to prevent the fatal incident. He then adopts Pearl to atone for her mother's death.
I'm sorry, NOBODY ever mentions "Whale of a Birthday" in any Pearl-relevant theories, so I had to bring it up here.
If this does get touched on later, I'll come back and edit this comment. I know Alex is done with these theories, but I wanted to at least mention it somewhere.
I don't get why people have a problem with the robot fish's hair… It could just be part of the disguise…

I think that in the robot theory, karen might have always been behind a robot invasion, i think she introduced herself to plankton as a robot, but she has been controlling the robot the entire time, which she mightve given the idea to plankton about a robot invasion, which she had turned on him and turned him into a little hunk of junk, as we see he can hardly move and he is a wind up too, maybe a safety for her incase plankton bot somehow figures out how she turned on him and it is so he cant fight back, of course this is quite a stretch but i wouldnt call what ive said a “theory” but more of a story, or a fairytale, as i dont have proof but still this is what i think. Also maybe its something to mention that karen is telling a tale as a fairy in a episode whose name i cannot remember.

Depending on the specifics of the supposed fish war and when Bikini Bottom was founded(and going off of the bikini atoll theory), I think I might have a possible explanation for Pearl and her mother. The battles in this war would most likely take place somewhere that wasn't near new cities or towns because it would just lead to destruction. So, hypothetically, both Pearl and her mother could have been normal un-evolved whales. But after Pearl was adopted by Mr. Krabs and was brought back to Bikini Bottom, the radiation there could have affected her genes during her childhood. The younger she was when she was adopted, the more sense this would possibly make as the radiation would then have much longer to effect her development. Even if the war was between fish and humans, Krabs still could've killed Pearl's mother accidentally and the same events most likely would have occurred. Idk if this could actually even happen to fish, or mammals because she's a whale, but it's a cartoon so cartoon logic idk :/
