On two separate occasions in the late evenings at an Episcopal church in Southeast Tennessee, I heard a group of people laughing and talking. But when I went to check, the sound moved away and out to the back entrance to where the Columbarium was located.
Also, one time I was driving home around 3:30 or 4 a.m. and out-of-nowhere I saw what looked like electrical current flashed out across this back road near my home and a man in his thirties appeared. He was about 100 feet away from my car. I remember I slowed down my car so I wouldn’t hit him. I looked at him in disbelief as he stared back at me with a grimace on his face. I leaned forward and slightly tilted my head to take a better look at him and what I saw was two black eyes. He also tilted his head and his countenance changed. He looked calm. He had jet black hair and wore a long black cape that came down to his knee. His clothings that were definitely not from the 20th century. I prayed to God to be with me to protect me and I remember in my head I told this young man that I knew he was not from here and that I was on my way home and I wish him no ill will and it’s best for him to go back to where he came from. I remember telling myself not to blink my eyes but as soon as I blinked, he was no longer standing in the middle of the deserted road.
There were other incidents that I have experienced after my uncle and years later my mom passed away which confirmed that they did come back to visit me.

The second video of the police chasing phantom car, it turned out that there was a faulty link chain fence that had become loose at its base which meant when the car drove into it, instead of giving way to the force it collapsed under the car and once the car drove over it, the fence just sprung back up like nothing had happened. This video doesn’t mentioned how the police officers went back the following day during the day to see what happened. Anyway if it was a phantom car how come in the video you can still the speeding car through the chain link fence? There’s nothing ghostly about this clip, just a mishap and one lucky criminal

I've dealt with the paranormal when I was an emt my partner and I got called to this house late at night and we get there and it's obvious whoever called has long been dead Flys on the window and the smell was awful not to mention the phone lines have been off for over a month
In grade 8 we went to the cemetery for art class to etch old stones so we could read them. I started going out by myself (it was 4 km outside of town in the country) after school and I’d right my bike. I seen an old couple bike up near me and we talk for a few mins they asked who I was and what I was doing. I dropped my paper and I went to pick it up and they vanished and were nowhere in site. Not long after that I seen their picture on a tombstone. They both died the same day and were a married couple.

That video which if you watch the whole thing, shows that it was over oiled to the point that there was zero resistance and the combination of wind and traffic movement off camera caused it to do that. If you see the whole video, it shows an officer move the bars up and down with his fingers as he stands next to it, showing how light and easy it was to move it, making the equipment worthless to use for some time.
