I tried following this but got stuck. One of the hallway doors you passed thru, in my screen, is covered with the red liquid.
For a really easy Thunderblade, just warp to Tabantha tower and paraglide over to Cuho Mountain. In the middle of the rock formation/cave there's a Thunderblade waiting for you 🙂

All 9 elemental weapons are at the coliseum. Boom. Done. There are also some elemental weapons strewn about the mazes
To get elemental weapons from the coliseum do you not go there because you have to complete all four divine beasts to make it work?

In the coliseum ruins if you have no beasts done they will be solider weapons with one or two they will be knight weapons with three they will be royal weapons and will all four they will be elemental weapons
Adam werber the enimies in the coliseum ruins will only wield elemental weapons if you have completed all four divine beasts
Jesus, for the thunder blade, in stead of going through the docks and taking the longest route possible, go through the castles front gate and climb/gale up to the landing straight ahead.
Because thunderspears are quite rare I recommend finishing all divine beasts then going to the ancient colesium and killing the moblin with the spea
