Very useful! I've always had troubles with values and my picture comes out looking flat. Thank you for your guidance ✨ edit: loved watching the progress of your work, it really inspires me to try something new today
Hey thank you so much for your videos ! They have helped me so much
Wow that is so helpful
Thank you!
hi Tyler
do you have a gumroad or pattern page for demos or courses?
kindly let me know
thank you
I'm a noob and i'm really frustrated with my value sense. I do the grayscale then apply color overlay over it, the color get muddy, doesn't get the shade i want. I color directly then the value is just all over the place, it takes hour to get it right. Do you guys have any tips on coloring grayscales? Thanks in advance.
I wonder if you work for the Nier Automata project… Your landscapes are amazing!
Yo I just randomly found your channel. I think I've seen this picture on DeviantArt a few years ago and thought it was freaking amazing.
It's so crazy to accidentally find an actual making-of a few years later.
I agree about blue in the foreground, maybe some tiny flowers in the foreground. I might tone down the towers, too. Blue is really expensive and there isn’t really any maintenance infrastructure around. Also, I kind of liked the back and sides of the temple before you rendered them out more. It had better atmosphere. But I think it turned out nicely.
I've been looking for a video like this for years!! Thank you so much!!
do you have a specific brush pack that you use?
Im new to finding art tutorials but I find your tutorial so cool. Im wondering if you use a tablet or mouse? 🙂
hi Tyler, i just want to ask u something… i didn't see your color pallete :v where is it? and how to picked a color ^^ thanks
If your doing a video of a planned value painting, why would you not do a planned value painting.
I would appreciate if you scripted your videos more or at least edit out your stammers.
Thanks a lot for sharing this with us!
Question, I noticed that your perspective lines are on a separate layer, but how did you get the perspective lines at a good angle? Is there a trick to it? / us an image from the internet or perhaps a photoshop tool?
Fantastic video Tyler! I'm torn between starting greyscale and color myself. If you were to have started in grey values would you have then used a color layer above?
5:20 "simple"
THANK U THANK u thank you this really helped me learn!
Awesome tutorial. Great art 🙂
Absolutely gorgeous…beautiful temple…just would like to move there…!
Dude… Nice video but… Either show some brush techniques or DON'T…. meaning…. Slow down the video….Makes sense?
Thank you so much. The most informative tutorial on backgrounds i got on so far. You helped a lot with my composition even if Im traditional . I cant be more happy.
What option brings up those red perspective lines?
Hey! Great stuff! Can I just ask one thing..? How do you get your express key view to be on the left? Mine is on the right and blocking the view to alot of essential stuff in PS. I hope you can tell me how you do it, I couldn't find any info anywhere. Thank you 🙂
I don't know wich thing is better, digital painting or 3d modelling, because are both amazing! it takes time to learn these thing, I ll never learn them! whoever deals with digital art is lucky, amazing stuff
Appreciate the tips! 🙂
