They are the same matter as planets and they have laid dormant for billions and billions of years and are just as old as planets if it was a phenomenon then that would mean the process would have continued to were the phenomenon process would have used all of the matter in the universe which is Asteroid Comets and Meteorites and made them into planets also but it didn't happen they lay dormant I believe this is proof to show us that until a artist comes to the canvas and says I command you to be they will just lay dormant for billions of years.
