Hi will, if I play tug with my pup in the house he'll play for a bit then gets aggressive and decides to change to my hands and arms and his top lip goes up and starts growling, If I offer up the toy then he still tries for my arms???

I have the leader of the pack puppy and am trying to figure out how to put the rough play to a rest.. I try to set a boundary but not get angry and don’t want to be too aggressive to her myself and just am really trying to find that fine line and how to stop the play.
