The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023) is a significant piece of legislation with a profound impact on the way that organizations collect, use and share personal data in India. Organizations that are subject to the Act should take steps to ensure that they are in compliance with the Act. By the end of this Mobile-First Module, users will be equipped with a basic understanding of the importance of personal data protection and the implications of a breach of personal data according to the DPDP Act.
