I started feeding the female cat, and now she knows the time when im coming home from work i would pull into my driveway, and she is there waiting, and she is so vocal………
Now theres this other cat that i think it took the liking to me i think its a male and it is like a mini pitbull but in a cat version and it often comes by to get fed so now im stuck with both and im kind of getting attached to them both but the female cat hisses at it it loves when i give gentl scratchest under it chin id love to take them in but if they can't get along then i can't wont be fair if i picked one over the other, they both communicate with me alot but winter is almost here so i gotta figure out something to keep them warm

I’ve been looking after a stray street cat for over four years and I’ve never heard her meow! Occasionally she’ll give out a quiet meow. I’m at a loss to know why she is like this.
My naighbours cat bumbs me and says hi with short "meow"…so i bumb him back with my nose, blink slowly and say "Hi" back.

Ok. Story time. We (me, Joey and Penelope) moved into an apartment. Penelope was maybe 7 months old. Joey 6 yrs old . I put a regular litter box in the large laundry room. Inthe bathroom we had our first littermate box, sels scooping. Loud as all hell! Penelope became facinated with it. Obsessed! It had a 20 min wait for scooping. It would start penelope would RUN to watch it scoop. 😂. One day, inwasnsitting on the toilet doing my business, penelope sitting beside the litter mate and joey sitting at the end of it. She would look into the box and look at joey intently. Joey sat back like six inches from it. She looked at Joey, joey would look into the box. This went on the entire time i was sitting there. I stayed because I was intently watching them. Finally i had to get up cause my legs were going to sleep. I knew they were talking about the littermate! Their heads kept looking at each other then the box. When i stood and flushed, I also turned the litter mate on to scoop so Joey could see it in action. Joey ran. It was loud. But after that Joey consistently used the littermate. Penelope ran to it each time it went off and doing my part the would watch me change the collection tray. I left the original laundry room box in there but no one used it. Only the littermate was used . I KNOW they were talking about it. I was just obtuse about how they were talking. Cat body language became my obsession! Inam convinced there is some telepathy…but I watched for the slightest twitch of a whisker🤣.

I've been hissing at my cat to train him, it works. If it's a slight hiss he knows to back off, I can't do it too loud though because then he starts panicking and running away. He's a very sensitive boy so I don't like to hurt his feelings.

The two girls of the house, Courtney and Cali are my best friends in this world. I do a lot of walking, and try to communicate with and befriend all the cats i meet along my way. I don't push it with the cats that are shy. I give them their space, but i always stop to at least say hello to them every time i see them. I hope that at some point they will realize that even though i may appear big and scary to them, that i am not the bad guy. I love them all.

My kitten try to hiss but she fails evrytime
Well, I saw it with my own eyes, about 20 years ago I had a cat which had 5 kittens and one day she decided to teach them how to use the litterbox, she said something to them in cat language and they all followed her in a row to the bathroom. Since that moment they all started using the litterbox with no exceptions.

Love this video. My cat has different sounds: greeting, hungry, oh that smells good, what is this crap?, open the door, why did you just close it!, what was that sound?, I caught a lizard lets play with it, help me get that bug on the ceiling or the bird in the bathroom, I'm bored, and such. He runs to me when called, if he's on a roof or when outside prowling, and he might even meoooooooooow the whole way. We walk at night – he goes ahead, I follow, he pauses, I move ahead, he follows. Sometimes he'll press his tooth against me when I pick him up, "bad human, put me down or I'm going to shred you". If I move my hand across my lap and show that the space is empty, he will jump up.
He meets me and lovscon me then turns around his butt to me. Is this good, seems good, he is 2/3 farel..regardless I'd every approach..help I love him, just want him healthy and happy 😢 Bev & Charming

I have found that if i need to apologise to my cat, for accidentally stepping on their tail or tripping over them, i crouch down and say 'I'm so sorry ' but it needs to be a genuine apology! I think the crouching down and bringing yourself to their level really brings down the perceived threat and they respond by immediate forgiveness. Never underestimate the power of the simple crouching down movement, I've found it works wonders. Us two-leggers can be quite intimidating, so making yourself smaller cam really help
