GTA Online never appealed to me because the base game of GTA 5 was never appealing to me, and I enjoy the series because it's single-player.
I think a game like GTA 4 or San Andreas would've worked better, because the world and characters are more interesting.

Rockstar have always been great at single player experiences. There's no exception with this one. However, they've never been great at online experiences. They're terrible at it and with everything monetized, it forces you to take out your wallet.

And people get their expectations for a game too high and then theyre disappointed when it comes out because it didnt fully meet their expectations
I will judge GTA 6 on it's cheat codes. GTA use to be a series that had fun cheat codes then GTA 4 slimed those down to a handfull of codes but had the cell phone for easy access to the cheats. GTA 5 went back to the old button mashing the codes in which i consider a big step backwards. Plus playing GTA 5 i would see that i entered a cheat code correctly but also say's it was denied. If your not standing in the exactly right spot the game is designed to deny you a cheat you successfully entered. Later on they brought back cell phone cheats in GTA 5 but with a catch you have to a 9 digital phone into the phone to access the code like GTA 4. Unlike GTA 4 GTA5 didn't have a handly cheat menu so you had to hit redial and manually put codes in one at a time. GTA 4 you put all the codes in and there on your phone the whole time. If GTA 6 in this respect is like GTA 4 i will buy if it's like GTA 5. Then GTA 6 will be the first in the series i don't bother with just like modern warzone 3. Some say use mods. Modding in my opinion is doing the work the developers couldn't bother to do to make a game fun. Modding to add a little person style is cool but doing it so you actually have with something that wasn't fun in the first place is not. GTA,CALL OF DUTY for me there on life support next game from each franchise is there make or break. Still Serious SAM 4 is alot of fun.
