It's taken 3 years to get my dogs and cats in the same room. The cats are too scared of the dogs to realise the dogs are terrified of THEM.
Most of these are just energetic puppies introduced to middle aged cats lol obviously that’s gonna take time. I have cats and German shepherds the cats own the house lmao. Edit: it’s easier when you get a kitten and puppy the bond grows as they grow.

I tried to put our new 2 yo chonker male cat next to our 12 yo doggo this morning on the couch and they both noped the F outta there in 1 second. So thanks for this. I did have a doggo who was a friend to all our kitties. I think it helps if a family cat has kittens and the doggo helps. All moms appreciate help with babies.
