I'm definitely going to play and enjoy this, but man this puts in perspective how insanely good Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom are. 18 hours to 100% this GOTY winner. 18 hours may get you 1/10th of the way through BOTW and 1/12th of the way through TOTK. It's still hard to comprehend how Nintendo was able to pack so much into those games using that hardware especially.

I'm so glad games like this and Metaphor ReFantazio are making a come back. You don't need another open world Elden Ring-Skyrim-Fortnite-dungeon crawler that cost 400-500 million to make. I don't want to waste 100-200 hrs of game time. I was a kid in the 90s and I have time for FFVII to FFX, now I just want something less than 80 hrs. Ico took only 7 hrs and it was one of the best game on the PS2.

I love the days of 25 hour games. Personally I think 9 + 9 hours is a little short for a game but, considering most games these days are 50+ hours, I think this is a refreshing change.
