What year was this documentary?
I do however blame them for killing people. That is beyond ignorant
You can't blame the government for covering up something that comes from outside our home. And it's real
All the people involved and witnessed it are passed now
Closing in on 80 years of hiding the truth. You know someone has a few pieces of the wreckage hidden from the government.
It sounds like, to keep it covered up, certain witnesses had to be silenced, permanently. If the whole story came out, that would have to come out too. So, as usual, the cover-up ends up becoming more of a problem than the thing they were covering up.
Undermine religion!…can’t deny the sky fairy can we 😂
It wasn't a balloon
@spartacus936 Great post with some very excellent points!
Although in regards to the Benowitz issue….
Im not sure I believe that Doty drove Benowitz insane purposely, for kicks, or at all for that matter.
I'm very familiar with the story and the tactics used, however I'm not convinced he didnt already have psychological issues.
I mean, it appears he clearly did.
Look, to be clear…I'm not necessarily a fan of Doty, particularly nowadays since he's flip-flopped, but he had a job to do which I believe to have been of absolute significant importance and he's not a doctor or any type of mental health professional.
Clearly, he wasn't sensitive to all of Benowitz' issues, but again, it wasnt his job to he, nor was he in any position to be able to judge either way.
It's most definitely a sad story and set of circumstances, to be sure. Again, I am not a Doty fan, but I feel it is unfair to hang Benowitz' mental health issues on him.
Just my two cents….
Thanks for uploading this!
Perhaps some if you can help out a bit with Roswell related info….
Does anyone know of any links to Dr. Marcel's Credentials?
Also, anyone have any links to info regarding the hypnotist?
Id be interested in learning all I can about both.
Roswell is certainly an interesting story, to be sure!
Not to discredit him or whatever, I just dont know what type of doctor he became or where he worked as I dont remember ever hearing any of that….anyone know where i can locate this?
"…agreed to be placed under hypnosis to retrieve lost memories to see again clearly the indecipherable symbols on the sticks of debris…"
________
I believe Roswell to be among the most compelling UFO stories.
However, I do have some rather significant problems with Glenn Dennis's story….
It seems a great deal of it simply doesn't resolve, which obviously lends to credibility issues.
Can anyone shed any light on what's going on with those issues?
There were nearly a hundred Mogul atmospheric nuke-sniffers, launched with enormous new upper-atmosphere balloons carrying a heavy cargo encased in mylar-covered plywood circular structures to evade radar detection. These were constructed in New Jersey and launched over New Mexico in the late spring and early summer of 1947. This was the most advanced and most secretive effort the US had yet made to keep tabs on the emerging nuclear power of the Soviet Union. It was absolutely the biggest existential threat in the history of the world. Mutually assured nuclear holocaust, worldwide.
As with many nuclear secret programs, the classification was itself a ruse to avoid foreign detection. The launches were not supposed to be military in nature, yet of course, they were. This kind of budget tomfoolery persists today. UFO news were everywhere and caused a bit of panic, but it was nothing compared to the panic of nuclear warfare. Someone decided to "bury" the Project Mogul story in the popular hysteria about UFOs, and it worked. As soon as "flying disc" made it to the news wires, it was safely written off as small-town hysteria. Meanwhile, more than 70 other Mogul balloons and payloads were recovered all over New Mexico without incident. I am baffled by people on the UFO subs who refuse to comprehend and acknowledge this historical fact, and this whole historical era.
Roswell is a classic mindfuck. There's no way around it, and I don't pretend to know what "really happened". However, a lot of people, mostly US military intelligence people, have had a hand in shaping the story. And in any conspiracy, "who benefits" is the key. Hiding a nuke-sniffing program from the USSR is an obvious benefit.
As for those elderly witnesses who found themselves surrounded by ufologists in the 1980s, I think people honestly remembered something that was confusing at the time. However, Jesse Marcel has never described anything that didn't match the literal materials of the hand-fabricated Mogul payloads. The wood assemblies were covered in mylar for radar reflection, and mylar was so new that it wasn't known in the consumer/non-military world for another several years. It wasn't even trademarked as "Mylar" until 1951. If you'd never seen mylar before, which few people on Earth had in 1947, lightweight metallic material that can be scrunched up and will flatten again would be pretty fantastic. The symbols on the cellophane tape really were designs on tape manufactured for toy assembly. And people were lied to, as they always are in "matters of national security". The whole alien bodies thing was invented some eight years after the original Roswell Incident book, during a frenzy of cheesy television specials that ended with "Alien Autopsy" on Fox. None of the original witnesses from either Bill Moore or Stanton Friedman's research said anything about alien bodies; it was magic tin foil and hieroglyphics on scotch tape until the late 1980s. And, of course, the debunkers embraced this because it was goofy.
Remember that for more than three decades, from 1947 to the late 1970s, there was little interest in Roswell. What changed in the late 1970s? One thing we know for certain is that a disinformation agent of the USAF intelligence office in New Mexico, Richard Doty, began sending dubious material to a number of prominent UFO researchers. Bill Moore is largely responsible for the popular conception of Roswell, because he wrote the very first book to mention it (The Roswell Incident, 1980). Linda Moulton Howe was another who would come to rely on Doty for information on an alleged extraterrestrial plot within the U.S. government. Doty, of course, would go on to infiltrate every UFO group and meeting throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Infamously, he drove a man to insanity just for the hell of it. There was no national security reason to destroy the psyche of UFO researcher Paul Bennewitz; Doty just did it for yucks, because he's a sociopath. All he was told to do was distract UFO fanatics with nonsense, not "drive them to the verge of suicide," but that's the kind of person who seeks a career in disinformation against their fellow citizens. Human garbage. If anyone here doesn't know about Doty and his role in the mythologies of Roswell, MJ-12, Dulce, and other fictional tales, read this by longtime UFO researcher Alejandro Rojas: https://www.huffpost.com/entry/exair-force-law-enforceme_b_5312650.
The one thing I have always believed is that Roswell was pimped to the UFO community to destroy it, and I believe it worked. Previous to the Roswell/MJ-12 mythology, scientists led the UFO research community: Stanton Friedman, Jacques Vallee, J. Allen Hynek, etc. After the Roswell 80s fad, it became increasingly shifty people selling increasingly sketchy stories, with Bob Lazar being the cherry on top. UFOs became pop culture — video games, Independence Day, little blow-up aliens at raves and Halloween parties. The X-Files music was played on the local news whenever people reported a (real) UFO sighting. It became a joke. To me, that's where we are now.
Aliens should go to the space station. Then get flying lessons and a certificate to fly in planet earth as they keep crashing all the time.
I've been looking for this documentary for years. Saw it on VHS when it was fairly new. Thanks for uploading. Very cool…
I hate watching these shows that purportedly is about something real but there are no proof. Just talk that sounds like it's actually real too.
After all this time. I don't think we will ever see and know what actually crashed in that place, taken the group of military.
Until one of those individuals part of the group hiding what crashed there. Will show people. Officially.
Why still hide these things? Why not show them once and for all. You can't fool anyone these days.
I believe the people who saw what happened there that it was crash of alien beings spaceship and the beings themselves.
Why the hell would they even crash on earth if they have a technology that is much more advanced than ours ? It is absurd. People tend to believe in Trolls and make up crazy stories. If there are real aliens ( and not stupid Grays make beliefs ) they would not contact us . We dont speak to ants or mice.
👇 the “we believe button”…
If they ordered strawberry ice cream instead of dry ice then I’d believe this story, everyone knows the alien liked strawberry milkshakes….
And ummm, but ummm, and uhhhhhh.
Thank you very much for this upload ufoTV is a good channel
pictutrs of sauser in rosewell have bever been shown
Aliens have never been a threat to humanity. Humanity is a threat to other beings that inhabit the Milky Way.
I have seen a number of Roswell videos. This is one of the best, if not the best, that I have viewed.
Is that the actual Mack ranch?
I think the 2 stories are connected. The crashed ship and the downed balloon.
Maybe the ship collided mid-air with the balloon, not damaging the ship but blinding the crew or sensors, bringing both down
This a reupload?
This channel is underrated. And I’m skeptic as fuck
