I saved my cat who got abandoned in -30 weather i crawled under then church and put him into my jacket and every day i stayed in the room with him i was 12. He slowed blinked alot ❤ named him lucky who leaves,them outside cold weather he lost his ears but i loved him ❤
Please help! I own two houses and change between them a lot, I recently got a cat and he is very active! He even let me pet me and played with the toys I bought. But when I was in my second house he became very moody, he won’t let me pet me and kept dodging me and he reduced eating and drinking like a lot. He just slept and slept and slept. It’s really weird and I am concerned so I am taking him to the vet. Any tips on how to make the atmosphere change more bearable and make our bond stronger?
Can someone help me? I moved to a different state and took my cat. She is usually an indoor/outdoor cat. She used to sleep with me all the time on my bed but once I moved, I moved in with my sister and her family who doesn't let their cats be I door at all (sister is a bit allergic but hates fur everywhere) so I had to keep her outside. I used to hang out with her outside all the time but then got a job so I have been working tons and haven't been able to hang out with her almost ever. She hunts on her own so I never need to feed her (plus she is picky and doesn't want to eat anything I gave her anymore) so I can't tempt her with regular food.
I'm sad that now she likes being in the neighbors yard more. She comes when I call her sometimes (not always anymore) and she doesn't hang around me much anymore either. I feel like this move has separated me from her and I'm trying to bring it back but I'm not sure what to do. I'm hoping to move again in the near future Where I can have her be indoor and outdoor again but first I need to develop a good relationship with her again.
What do I do? Do I try giving her tasty cat food treats to attract her to me so she associated good food with me or something else? I'm honestly really sad..

* wake you in the middle of the night
* run to you when scared
* don't always look before crossing the road
… just like a toddler.

My older cat, female 11 yrs, has lived with dogs for the most part of her life. She meets and greets ppl that comes in by the door and acts in many ways as a dog. The younger one, male 6 yrs, is much more catlike! He has boundaries and integrity. When he came to us about 16 months ago I took every chance to slowblink at him and it took less than a week for him to come to bed and sleep. I definitely believe it’s related. He is friendly in many ways but refuses to get lifted which confuses me. Never had a cat like him, among the ten or so I have lived with. What to do, and how? I want to be able to wash his eye and check his ears and so on. Anyone?
