This game is a masterclass in game development, that puts almost every other game developer to shame.
I got this on PS5, had to sell it. The controls are absolutely abysmal unfortunately. And the UI just didn't translate well from PC. You also cannot use KB+M, be aware before purchase.
FF14 on the other hand is a PC MMO ported to console masterfully.
Why the game play look like sims ?
Luckily I sailed the seas and didn't buy this one. Probably should've looked into it more but this just seems incredibly boring to me. The combat is mid like who tf likes turn based, and the rest of the game is a straight up cinematic. Some of them are cool but if I wanted to watch a movie then I'd watch a movie. Forgot to mention that I've always found D&D incredibly cringe, shocker right

This is a game to get if you play for story and cutscenes. Both are great. But the gameplay is absolutely awful.

turn based combat destroys immersion and flow of the game and have never been able to get into them no matter how hard ive tried, was about to buy and then decided to check out a few videos about it, and the turn based is the only thing. everything looks awesome.
