For many years, my Balinese named Sima, would loaf on my chest near my face every night. She'd just loaf, purr and slowly drip from the corner of her mouth. until she was relaxed enough and then curl up at the foot of the bed. Our routine after I brushed my teeth before leaving for work, I'd walk down the step and she'd stick her head through the spindles, I'd kiss her head between the ears, and she'd respond by licking my nose. I'd kiss, she'd lick, usually three times. When I came home from work she'd be waiting by the door on a shelf so she could see me coming to the door. What a sweetie she was for 20 years of unconditional love.

Some of that's crap. When mine are spooked they initially run into the house, then to me. As for not meowing to each other, mine meow to each other to call to the other to go into mischief.

Unless you own, which fewer folks can afford these days, cats are more and more often the only option for a cuddle buddy.

My calico cat huey sleeps with me at night always, she'll always come in my room always at night if shes feeling lonely or skittish cause she doesn't like to be alone when shes in a area where she hears noises she doesn't like so she'll come to me in my bed at night or in the early morning between 4 and 7am. That's cause when she was born in the closet I was the 1st person she seen when she came out her mama's womb. She always liked me regardless where we lived but shes connected to me wherever and she likes to be petted and rubbed to feel secure and comfortable in my room cause she Pat's me with her paw to be touched and petted when shes lonely skittish or afraid.

my cats so frikkin weird? She LOVESSS HER TAIL AND EARS PET..? like she just doesnt care. One time there was a lil wax in her ear (at the very edge) so when i went to get it out very gently with my finger. And she bent her head down to let me do it. x3
she freaking lubs belly rubs. not one time has she hissed at me or growled. She knows how. She does it with other people. (Strangers) But she does get mad at me if i touch another cat or dog. She doesnt let me kiss her and never comes to me unless i play with her and show her i will never do it again xD.. shes trained to kiss and just never kisses me if shes mad.
And thankfully she doesnt scratch furniture :,3 she very hairy tho so her hair gets everywhere imigosh oh and my cat doesnt go outside the outdoor fence. (We have fishercats outside the fence) so we protecc her by leaving her inside the outdoor fence. Of course no mice get in there so she brings me her stuffed things THANK GOD. her names kiwi btw if your wondering why shes a lil different.. its cause she was taken away from her mom at a very lil age (someone said the mom left but i dont think so.. still possible) either way.. shes a bit different

I have two cats. One I got when he was two months old and the other I found days old under my house. He was left by his mother with a broken tail. I took him in. He was infested with fleas. Had to clean him for a couple of days. Blood washed off of him. I fed him with a bottle. Now that he's older, he thinks I'm his mother. Always laying in my neck. He cries when I leave the room and is most content laying as close as he can to me. The other on the other hand doesn't like cuddles and prefers to be alone.
