Is anyone besides me tired of all the movie marketing and just wants to know how the progress on Glory of the Giants is coming along?
After Jeremy's comment that my existence as a half-breed is "inherently racist" I will not support anything Hasbro, WotC, or DnD do ever again.
Interesting set. The displacer beast looks good. The owlbear, seams notwithstanding, the pose is a bit odd. For the arm positioning, it looks like it should be holding something ready to throw. The intellect devourer, well, looks like a pimpled ass with legs. The mimic has to be the best of the boxed set, it's awesome. The cube, well, it's a cube, but they could have at least painted those minis inside, they didn't have to do a great job, bug anything would be better than unpainted plastic.
The owl ear looked like it has 2 left hands.

The cube is a bit more complex but the rest are about the same quality as the pre-4e D&D miniatures. Way more expensive though.
$45 for 5 minis is pretty expensive. I know 3 of them are bigger miniatures but still.
Watched the movie today. It was okay I guess. Could have been a lot better. Typical meh Hollywood mediocrity circa 2020s.
