The game to me works perfectly fine,but everytime this cutscene 8:30 starts the fps slows down while audio works normally
All this coments is about nothing! I have some advice for you. I have a similar problem. The staters can be solved, but the friezes can't be solved. So, turn off the frame limit in the game itself and set the limit in the Rivatuner to 60. You can test it with vsynk on or off. Another variant in the nvidia settings is to enable fast sync and also limit 60 in rivatuner

Christ, what are you talking about? I just finished the game on my 7 year-old PC with GTX 980Ti graphics card, 1920×1080 resolution and default game setting. Didn’t notice stuttering anywhere. My only complaint was that the story ended too soon.
dude my game runs on liek 10 fps and is completely unplayable even on lowest settings, i have a xoticpc with a good graphics card and can run rdr2 and destiny 2 just fine.. 🙁

I did come into stutter in the atomic battery place but the rest has minimal stutter. The beauty of the game made me to not care. 😅
Im getting a big stutter in the area after you get the little robot and repel down in the paint can. It's repeatable too. Im not sure why it's doing this. (R7 5800X 4.8ghz, rTX 2060, 32gb RAM).

Dawg, as interesting as it is seeing the numbers, there's hardly any noticeable stutter in the actual game. At 7:20 you react like 3 seconds later to the "stutter" because you forgot to check the graph. I don't want to knock your findings, I'm just pointing out that you're bashing these indie developers for "inexcusable" stuttering when you can't even tell without an overlay blocking half your screen. Maybe this would interest the developers, or the Unreal Team, but idk why you'd try to paint this game in a bad light for something that has little to do with the actual game. Especially considering this game looks beautiful and for me personally, ran perfectly for the whole 8 hours it took to beat the game. No crashes, minimal stutters in one loading area, otherwise rock solid.
Edit: It looks like your audio is stuttering at 5:05 and 11:10, even though you're an independent youtuber, this is inexcusable. lol

In regard to full screen FSR setting on Steam Deck, you need to manually lower the resolution in game (Which is not needed if the game implements it).
My biggest stutter was, when you reach the level where you drop the paint cans on a glass roof. Almost stopped the game, it was so bad. I have the uncapped option for FPS. but its even more stutter if you change to higher than 60 FPS.

More often than not, games are developed for consoles and then ported to PC, then again more often than not, they slap DX11 on there for "universal compatibility" and call it a day.
That's where most problems with PC ports stem from.

I played this on my custom build desktop. 11900k and 3070 Ti. Not too many complaints, but I did have one room in the game where any physics object I'd interact with would cause the fps to drop to 12 for one second. Thankfully that particular room only had like 2-3 physics objects I could interact with, but it was annoying none the less. Other than that I got a few stutters but nothing that dropped below 100 fps. Felt like identical performance to Jedi Fallen Order on PC, another UE 4 engine game.
Are you on DX12? I'm on max settings on a GTX 1060 at 1080p (on my laptop…my desktop is at home) and I haven't gotten stutters. I am on DX11 though. No issues. 🤷♂️
