My thoughts are that the extraterrestrials have in their past developed the same or similar weapons and it cost them great loss. And they had the foresight to destroy them, and ban them from ever being developed again. Now they see that we’ve done the same thing and are quite possibly going to do the same thing that they had done, they may be trying to prevent us from making the same mistakes that they did. That or they know that these weapons are our only defense against them!

In 1967, living in MT, my friends and I saw a silver "saucer" fly over in daylight. We all pointed to it and wondered what it could be. We were 9 years old and we all saw it.
I have heard these stories before and the thing I like about them is that the sources are very credible being former US Air Force officers. I am currently reading the book The UFO Experience by J. Allen Hynek, (the astronomer hired as the scientific consultant for Project Blue Book that you mentioned in your video.) In it he says he started out as a skeptic but become convinced that these were real events after looking at the evidence. The book lays out his study methodology and gives some compelling examples of what he is talking about. In a funny bit he said was often asked, "Where can I find a UFO book that was not written by a nut?" Hynek said this was one of the reasons for writing the book. He also had a bit part in the 1977 movie, Close Encounters of the Third Kind. He was a consultant on the film.

This gentleman and his partner are my favorite story tellers, some wrote that their actually AI, but their cadence and pronunciation is spot on, usually an AI voice gets the pronunciations wrong, speaking in a strange cadence.
