Baldurs gate 3 is the only successful triple A game I've seen, most others fail because of the story, the gameplay or just the radical shift of what kind of game it actually is, I'm glad this one succeeded as well as it did.
I would have preferred more tradeoffs such as with race and illithid choices. Also think playing an evil dark urge is punished rather significantly without sufficient rewards to justify. Character creation could have more options with appearance.
