One has to wonder why there aren't any Silver Hinoxes in the game. Then again there aren't any Skeletal Lynels either. 🤔🤷♂️

Black Hinoxes are worth hunting not only because they drop best loot of the three, but they're also the easiest to paralyze thereby the easiest and quickest to kill!
All you need is a Great Thunderblade, swing once, then open the menu when Link's in mid-swing and drop it so it retains it's conductive properties.
Magnesis the Thunderblade and have it touch the Hinox's metal brace. If done right, the Hinox will be trapped in perpetual electrocution.
Equip a two-handed weapon then spin to win! (Equip the Thunderhelm or upgraded Rubber Armor to avoid getting electrocuted yourself.)

This is weird, the number 5 hinox didn't spawn for me
Something I do notice about the Hinox is that regardless of their color (standard Red, Blue, and Black) they are always indentified as "Hinox" with the subtext above indicating the geographical location each Hinox is located. This is different from Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity where each Hinox is identifed by its color, its element, or whether it infected with Ganon's Malice.
Plot twist: Hinox's aren't bad guys. They're just misunderstood giants that just wanna live a life of solitude and sleep a lot.
