When I was around 18-20 years old I woke up in my bed with the light on not even remembering falling asleep. I gasped for air in fear as I woke up and couldn't move, I could only look around. I heard something walking in the leaves/snow outside my window which freaked me out more cause I knew my window was unlocked. I fought so hard to move and it was like I blinked my eyes and was able to move meanwhile the sound of something walking along the outside of my house in the leafs/snow continued. My parents room was next to mine I ran in and woke up my dad saying something weird just happened to me and something is walking outside my window. We walked outside where there was fresh snow on the gound. My backyard is open in the back no trees and weirdly there was weird tracks at my window along the house, we followed them to the middle of my backyard where they just stopped. Which I was more freaked out. I told my dad either the tracks started here or ended here. Either way where did they come from or go? The tracks just stopped. To this day I wish I could remember more from that night. Still think about it often. Did something happen to me and I woke up after the fact or did I wake up and prevent something…idk if ill ever know but ill never forget the fear I woke up with. I've had sleep paralysis before but nothing like this. When I hear other stories like some in this video it brings me right back to that night. Im 31 years old now and wonder if regressive hypnosis would work on me or has it been to long…
