Okay, I learned something. Tabby Calicos are called Calibies. I had been called them Pastel Calicos because the tabby patterns soften the reds and the blacks, but they still have a beauty of their own, and it is only the accident of opportunities that I've never had a Caliby. but, yes, for a long time now I've felt that my multicat household would be incomplete without a Tri-Color. Male cats are so companionable that I load up on Males, but to get the Female Vibe in the House, I search and search until I find a Pretty Girl Calico. Calico Gloria is now the Queen of my Studio Apartment, keeping company with my three boys: Big Red Bear Roary the Ginger Tabby, Little Siamese Tommy, and Franky Blue Tux (who looks at least part French chartreuse. They all love their Calico Sister, and her Calico Catitude keeps them in their places. Thumbs Up!

I rescued a Calico cat from the park, she was a strayed cat and I didn't want her to suffer the cold winter, and I took her home, the personality I noticed about her is maternal, she been took care of her kitties until they were 3~4 months old, and once I adopted her, she follows me everywhere or stares at me everywhere, she can meow a lot and get on my nerve sometimes, but I can feel she really cares about me and very affectionate, usually cat blink twice to show love, but she blinks 4 times ! 😍 often show her belly to me, during my time away from home, she really offers me the best companionship, since she was a strayed cat, I can feel she really cherish the food and the home I offer her, she has attitude but she is the best

I adopted 2 siblings from the shelter. They were 4 months old, and very bonded,. The shelter wanted them to be together, and was having a hard time finding them a good home. I agreed to adopt them, sight unseen. I am in love!! The male ginger is very lively, curious and intelligent. His calico sister is extremally affectionate, VERY VOCAL, demands attention and just wants to sit on my lap. I took her to the vet to see if she was trying to tell me something. He said she was fine, no problems. So I'm wondering, are ALL calicos so vocal?
