I was reluctant to buy since a lot of reviews were critical of the game. While I’m sure their views are valid, my own experience so far playing it on ps plus resonates more with this review. I’m still only a few hours into the game so my opinion may shift, but so far I am really enjoying wat I’ve seen and played so far.

It’s not that it has the best cast of characters I’ve played, it’s that none of them were busts. They were all good. One was extra special to me. In my BioWare top 5, but it’s rare to have a 100% hit rate on companions.

I downloaded** the game but I couldn't even get through the first parts. It was so boring.
Your review echos my personal experience with this game. Just finished it last night clocking 122hrs. I absolutely loved it and after a brief period will replay with a different class. DA origins is still my favorite in the series but this is so polished and fun to play it is #2 for sure. Would love them to remake DAO with this combat system. Great review.
What they did to this franchise is criminal! Nothing about this installment was 'Dragon Age'…literally nothing! Eveey single aspect of this game was cheap and insulting! Everything they changed was a mistake. Combat, upgrading, enemies, art style, dialog, story, toddler puzzles. Mind blown! They had 10 years! And a crazy budget! How could they do this?! I SWEAR, IF THEY MESS UP MY FAVORITE FRANCHISE 'MASS EFFECT' I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM! LOL I'm nervous about this release 😢
