sales will pick up considerably when the game launches on steam in november. ubisoft hates sharing profits with steam, but without steam there are no profits. gamers love steam and gamers have the final say regarding sales. so unless your game has zelda or mario in its title, you're going to have to launch it day one on steam if you want it to sell well.

The concept is dumb, the characters all suck, the writing is bad, the gameplay is generic as white bread… I struggle to think of a single reason I'd ever want to play this game, if it came up on PSN's free monthly games I wouldn't even download it because my hard drive space is more valuable than anything this game has to offer imo.
I got a free code for Star Wars outlaws that came with my new video card. I've never used it because i dont want to become a statistic for them.

I bought it & love the open world aspects although too much emphasis on sneaking around in the gameplay it gets old fast. What really broke immersion was the occasional forced DEI interactions like I have no need to know the squid face I'm buying a blaster part from is LBGQ whatever. I like Kay as a character but did they seriously need to imply she's a lesbian & come on female stormtroopers.

The guy who run xdefiant already confirmed xdefiant isn't going anywhere. It'll slow to a crawl no doubt since BO6 launches in a few days. But after a couple months to maybe whenever the next season launches xdefiant will get it's numbers back. Maybe not it's launch numbers but enough to stay up and running.
