Not about wokeness or anything, but as an API, I don't mind playing Asian female characters. Just why shave her head? I understand she's seems fed up with the world but I don't understand the premise. We also have Lara Croft and other female lead characters before and the game is great. Just make a badass female character with hair or someone likable, API or not.

The most used one, return-youtube-dislike, is fundamentally flawed, and I don't see why you're putting so much importance to it. You can look into it by yourself and query their API directly, or activate logging and look into your browser's console. The actual raw number of dislikes the browser extension has at the moment for the Naughty Dog trailer for instance is 40450. The 170k the extension displays is only an extrapolation, and a biased one at that as the people who install the extension to see the dislike ratio are definitely far more likely to use the dislike feature to prove a point.
The only way we could know the actual ratio is if we saw the private figure that only Naughty Dog can see, otherwise it's just pure speculation and I don't even see why people would even rely on it.

This doesn't represent what you think it does. Concord was a flop because no one CARED about it. No one was even interested enough to get upset about it. This game having such a huge number of dislikes in comparison suggests that it's getting a lot more attention then Concord did. It's going to be a hugely high profile release from one of the industries biggest name developers. It's going to sell very well. Also keep in mind that most of the people who saw the trailer and thought it looked cool didn't bother going to YouTube to leave a like on the video.
When this game comes out in a couple years and all those 9/10 review scores start dropping, The regular gamers who just love games and aren't terminally online are going to get excited about this one.
I hope it flops extremely hard on release and beyond.
